Hey Joe Gift & Mom! Everything's getting back to normal; always nice to be home. Can't believe how inexpensive airfares are between SE Asian countries. Once I learn the "lay of the land" my month in Thailand this October; plan to spend 2-3 months the following years visiting multiple countries for the sake of practicality and saving money. Will be 75 years old in January, want to take advantage of the time left and "okay" physical condition whenever possible before things go downhill. Good fortune, health, fun, love and happiness to everyone, Stay safe

Good walk ! It is tough to recoup after a vacation. Not all the food but the many steps. I enjoyed your vacation so much being able to see many European countries. All the Churches and so many restaurants, every day was special. Thank you again for sharing.

Ah geez…..your toast looks delicious. Oh I wish I could take my husband to Thailand one more time. If he could only walk….he can’t even come home from the care facility until he can walk to the bathroom. Watching your show just makes me long for a visit. BTW, NOTHING NEW on the ole home front. A lot of difficulty, but the trigger that tells us here in the states that things are changing is the banks closing. Hey thanks Joe for taking these videos….you and gift are special.

Great vlog as always Gift and Joe. Glad to see the fitness bug is kicking in again. Certainly your son will enjoy cycling and weights Joe, but please remember that you are a little older than him and don't do yourself an injury. Both breakfasts that you had looked delicious, I too enjoy Avocado Toast and eggs although I like poached eggs on top. We did once but unfortunately it was too cool out to wear them as much as we would have liked to.
I talked to Steve at the Greek joint next to the hut, back in December. He was over the moon because he had just gotten that place for a year, starting March he said. Glad to see he made it. Told him not to tell anybody about PKK, lol.....and he said, mums the word....so remember to keep it a secret guys.....🙂

Joe, do you have any update on JJ opening up a gyn in PKK?
We will be visiting with JJ the week after next to discuss our wedding location. I
will ask JJ about the gym then and post his response in one of our upcoming videos.
Gift is getting fit, and toned, way to go.

Gift and I both have the Apple Watch ⌚️ and we use the fitness app on our iPhones.

Last year they were asking 56 million baht (1.5 million USD). It’s two lots I believe.

You just casually say, oh we walked 12 to 20,000 steps while traveling like it was nothing!! I struggle to get in one single mile (4000 steps) in a day. Man, you make me feel terrible.
Actually you are doing much better than you think 🤔, 4000 steps is about 2 miles.
@@thaigirlgiftforeignerjoe7774 no you are correct, and Im only getting 2000 not 4000 a day and its not easy for me unfortunately. 10 or 20,000 is incredible.
