I love these sit-down chatty videos. I just binged Deaf U, and found your channel. I'm hearing, but there isn't a lot of media about deaf culture, and I'm trying to educate myself and I am taking ASL. Because of Covid, my class is mostly self taught, which isn't very helpful for learning language. I appreciate the CC on your videos because it helps me recognize signs I know and pick up on new signs while you sign in real speed. I just really enjoy your channel, thank you.

I have had toxic people in my family & when I cut them off of my life People are mad at me saying “but they are your family” There are also some relationships that were toxic that I had to let go, but didn’t want to because I enjoyed the memories & sometimes I do miss them, but it is better for me mentally,, physically, & spiritually.
I watched this video with a cup of tea and I really felt like having a friends chat.
This was a really nice video and your advices were just what I needed. You and Kari are really nice people and I feel like you are both really down to earth.
