Since you are looking at this - would suggest to take look at Hammock Park right behind Festival Plaza / next to religious centers. Prices there start from 670,000 for a studio but that’s a quality building and a unique location. You can send us a message and will share more info [phone]

Be careful with Beverly gardens, they don’t have an escrow account yet! One of my old clients has gotten stuck in a slight mess with HMB because of this.
