I love this watch, but still always find myself going back to my square G-shock.
I have this model with bleumarin and yellow letters I got it about 15 yrs ago,and wear it all the time and I did not changed the battery on it, that's preety amazing !

I've had the same model for about 14 years now battery still going strong.
Nice watch just ordered a blue version from a seller on eBay it's used but looks ok.
I have this watch . And let me just say.. I was amazed seeing it get taken apart.
The beauty of the analogue displays being independent is that the watch can display 3 separate time zones.
How do I set the digital to US time?

Had mine for 15 years. Battery just died. My first G. Awesome watch!
That watch is built like a tank and 18 years old.I just picked up a new G-100 with the yellow text and positive display.I noticed one of the features of this watch is anti-magnetisim,can you comment on that feature,I did not see a metal backplate under the stainkess steel caseback.great job by the way.
I was wondering about that as well. It looks like that the movement is enclosed by the metal dial, the metal ring on the outside and the stainless steel caseback, which may protect the movement from magnetic field if they are all made from magnetic materials.

hey gshock highfashion, do you have any advice? i took mine apart to paint the hands white, assembled the watch again. not the analog time is loosing time, several minutes per hour. is the analog motor damaged? can this be repaired or checked somehow? or i failed to put the hands back incorrectly?
what is the size of the rubber gasket (o ring)?

Plz help ... i have g shock gulfmaster gn 1000 b .. it was need anew battery so i open it and take it out and changed the battery but it is now just show in screan just HAnd some number but no live at all
You need to perform the AC Operation as well using a tweezer after replacing the battery.
Any idea what my problem could be.. took my GAS-100 apart to replace the clock trim ring. I ended up removing the hands and now when I put back together the minute had I believe keeps getting stuck when I go into hand mode to set it. Any idea been banging my head trying to fix it for daysss! Also awesome video! Really appreciate it.
Its either the hand is not tightly installed or it just got bent upwards/downward (happens to me all the time).
Is it normal for this model to be manufactured with parts from two different countries? Mine says cased in China, but on the buckle it says Casio Thailand. Thanks in advance for any help.
That is normal. Some say Indonesia on the buckle.
@ 9:16 you pick up a tiny brass spring..... where on earth did this come from? I've got a feeling this brass spring may be the reason my hands don't work on my G100.
Yes, some model have that. Its located in between the metal plate and the battery compartment. There is a tiny slot to put it in.
If you lose it, your watch can't operate.
@@gshockhighfashion I'll open up the watch and take a look, the digital part is working fine with it out, just not the analogue hands.

Say, you place it and it still won't work, then perhaps the analogue gears/coils is the issue. Give it a go first.

Exist any case compatible for this g100?
DW-6500 vintage.. mostly vintage models. Modern G-Shock, not so sure. G-100 is still in production if I'm not mistaken, parts shouldn't be as hard to get yet. Just a matter of price.
I got a offer for a g Shock mud master for 100$ should I buy it or look for more expensive but more reliable sellers.
Thats really cheap (depends on conditions), are you sure that is genuine? FYI, you could message me the photo of the item on my Instagram, I could give it a look first. I would still recommend a more reliable seller though.
Usually, when they are that cheap on EBay, there is a good chance they are fake.
