This makeup is a breath of fresh air, there is nothing worse than caked makeup sitting on the skin in hot weather. Beautiful and youthful, showing off your natural beauty the way makeup should be. ❤️❤️
Thank you so much, and yes I totally agree, I understand if people prefer a more matte look even, if their skin is oily, but for me personally thick makeup in spring/ summer would make me feel claustrophobic haha 😘😘

@@katyh.2501 I have large pores , this foundation suit me very well , it’s contain silicone so it’s fill the pores also sometimes I use benefit the pore professional primer with it to be perfect

As I grow older the Face and Body foundation is my most favourite. I was never a heavy makeup, full coverage girl and this foundation is divine.

This is a really accurate description and review. I have tried the Dior that she mentions and it was awful, so awful I sent it back. MAC F and B is amazing for mature skin especially dry. I love it.

I love this foundation but haven’t used it in years! You’ve inspired me to give it another go. Also, can I just say how much I appreciate you zooming in on your face and showing us your skin and very minor “imperfections”. Not enough CZcams videos do this. It really highlights and emphasises the product and how it blends, coverage and how it appears without mega studio lights. At the end of the day the average person is wanting to look their best in everyday life, especially when we interact with people. Some makeup may look really good on camera under studio lights but how does it look outside? Or when the sun is beaming down on you? Anyway, thank you so much ☺️🙏 I’m so grateful and loved your video

Looks so natural & dewy flawless!! Great foundation♥ If you use a liquid blush it makes your skin glow even more : )) The concealer is very pretty on you!
This is my favorite foundation as well and I also have it in both the N2, and C2 as well as a bottle of the white mixing medium so I can lighten the shades when my skin is paler. I also have dry skin except in summer.
I just found your Channel and I’m already obsessed 😍 Love this look on you, I’ve been using the Mac Face & Body as well and it’s my favorite! Since I have very very dry skin I’m loving the Dr. Hauschka Rose Day Creme underneath the foundation because it’s super hydrating and it gives you an extra dewy finish ☺️

This is my #1go to foundation!! And C1 is an absolute perfect match for me.
So I just used the same foundation mixed with 2 diff BB creams: Sassy & Chic and E.L.F. Turned out so dewy and nice. I love it.
I Absolutely love the MAC face and body- I have hardly used any of my other foundations since purchasing it. Its beautiful, I apply it with my fingers.

ive used the Mac face and body for about almost three years now. I love it. My skin is always able to breath even with it on, especially being in my mid 30s it gives me enough moisture. I recently just bought the Dior to just try out and I hate it. Its so drying and I'm pretty sure because its the alcohol in it. It has a strong smell too. Im sticking to Mac's.
Yes the dior one contrary to popular belief is actually nothing like the mac face and body, its not for me personally but I know some people with really oily skin like it, 😘😘

I’ve been looking at Mac foundation and haven’t been sure which one to get. I don’t like a heavy full coverage foundation for day to day either or for work just something light then would wear a heavier coverage for a night out. I really like the look of this and like a more dewy finish as I’ve quite dry skin. Just wouldn’t be sure which shade to get so may just have to pop into a MAC store when I get the chance once they all open again and get matched maybe scared to order online in case I order the wrong shade 🙈 thank you for this!

This is really lovely on you, as I always think of you as having this natural look. Wish I were able to buy the larger bottle as you, bc it would probably save me some money, since I go tgrough this stuff so quickly.
How do you like tha new "W" undertone which came out recently? It is also pretty and nice to switch up to whenever wearing different shades of lipstick, blush, along with colors of clothing, & the season change one's skin tone a little. 😎 I enjoy all your videos, because your natiral look is so refreshing!

Looks like you went a few shades deeper than your natural skin tone, but it blended out so beautifully. How many shades deeper would you suggest going to achieve a bronzed barely there look like you did??

FINALLLLYYY! I have been waiting yeeeears to find someone on YT with dry skin that likes the simple glowy look. Your skin is the same as mine - even the patches of dry skin on the eyelid. This foundation is beautiful on you. I've been waiting to see futuredew paired with a sheer foundation and I love the look it's given you. Definitely buying these two on payday!

Update: the new formula, (called something slightly different) is not the same stuff and the shades are not the same. I had my regular bottle in my makeup bag when visiting a MAC shop, expressly to buy another one. However, they only had the new one which they tried to convince me was exactly the same so I produced my bottle for comparison and frankly it isn't. I had C1, the new C1 is much lighter and the formula felt different too. Anyway, they said the old one had been discontinued so I said I would go online. Then, another assistant came out and said under her breath that there was a couple of the bigger bottles left and she unlocked a cupbaord as if dealing illicit drugs and said that actually the bigger bottles were still available online and these were the last few left in the shop. Why they were hidden away, I don't know. So the old formula is still available online in the big bottles and hasn't been discontinued.
So is it really sweatproof/ waterproof?? I want it but I sweat a lot in the summer only on my hairline and it runs straight down my face. Thanks to thick natural curly hair!
Try tom ford shade and illuminate bronzer+highlighter, for dewy skulpted look, it’s the best!
I used to own it, and used it up, one of the best products I purchased but I cant justify the money right now unfortunately, maybe in the future ❤

Does this last on you all day? Mine seems to go slightly patchy during the day and my skin seems to drink it up somehow. However i'm going to give it another go as it looks gorgeous on you! x
It does for me, as my skin is fairly dry. But the face and body foundation is designed to last, it can however be affected by your skincare underneath and obviously your skin type will play a factor. I would suggest avoiding heavy moisturisers before, and perhaps a more oil controlled primer to help it stick xxx
What shade Mac do you use :)
hi! I use the pro longwear concealer (c30) and the mineralize foundation (c25). The foundation is a little too light for me, do you think I can use the C5 too?
It would be really hard for me to recommend a shade via the Internet, i always have to see skin to know its undertone and shade etc, but id it helps, theyre a little more forgiving, as they're a light coverage so look at swatches online and the undertones and go for the closest match xx

You mentioned that you ended preping your face with a face oil ( among other products). However Mac face and body is water based. Do you find that those two products go well together? The oil doesn’t break up the foundation?
Hi, no I havent found that it breaks up the product on me pereonally, but I don't have oily skin, the foundation is water based to help prevent oils coming through and disrupting the foundation performance, making it good for the body too, and its claimed to be transfer resistant however I do find also it does transfer a little, it doesn't seem to make my makeup move on my face, if you're unsure I would suggest when C19 is over, getting a small sample from a mac counter to try xx😘

Not at all, this one was the Canon EOS 600D ive had it years and years and I'm sure there are much more modern ones now, but it still does the trick, although things are starting to break now, my mum and dad got it for Christmas when I was about 15! So over 12 years old I think, but it works wonders xxx

Thank you!! N stands for neutral beige with a rose undertone, and C is cool beige golden undertones, these would be more golden / olive, and then choose a depth you believe is your shade, I would look at swatches online as you can't get matched in stores currently. But I would always usually suggest that. If it helps, because the foundation is so sheer In coverage, the shades are a lot more forgiving xx

Michelle Antonette, this makeup is well known to be good for mothers of the bride at weddings, so I do think it would be good for someone over 40 and even over 50.

What is your mac shade in other foundations..I am nc25 so wondering if c5 would work for same purpose..warming
I would go for it you don’t really want it lighter you can always use a lil lighter concealer and don’t use bronzer if darker
Having skin that was damaged from some products that have high concentration of citrus essential oils I'm worried about the orange oil in this.. do you find that it's drying to your skin?
I would always suggest being caucuious if you are allergic to something as everyone's skin is different, but i dont find this drying on the skin at all, its a skincare oil/serum makeup hybrid but as I say, just be caucuious if you have had any bad experience x😘

I remember not liking it 😅 even the it cosmetics cc cream has more coverage and looked still natural, with the mac one it has like 0 coverage, even if I added more it was still very veryyyy light.
I have not tried it yet (ordered, didnt come yet) but a review I read, said you can build in layers if you let dry first! Let dry then try another layer if you still have it! But I'm happy you like IT cosmetics CC. I tried that multiple times but I couldnt get it to work for me 😭
