This Could Not Have Ended Better for the Police

- Police In Waukesha Wisconsin respond to a physical dispute between the caller and an ex-boyfriend. The ex-boyfriend breaks a window and throws eggs at the victim's house, before Police arrive. Upon arrival, Police witness the suspect hit the victim, and the suspect flees and leads them on a short high-speed chase. The suspect eventually stops his vehicle and flees on foot to avoid a PIT maneuver. During a foot chase, the suspect gets tangled in a barbed wire fence while trying to escape.
