    Hi Stew. Are they doing the ACFT at SFAS now, or still the old APFT + pull-ups?

    Stew, I'm 29 turning 30 in dec. I am not military but preparing for a pt test with 300m, 1.5 mile, push up and sit up standards. I purchased ur warrior workout 2 book. Is this a solid program to better my scores, or do you think I need to focus on those movements being scored only.

    • @StewSmith182
      @StewSmith182  Před 6 lety

      Sounds like the FBI fitness test. I would get a program that specifically addresses that one. Like the FBI fitness test work out. The warrior workouts are great ala cart workouts but it's not a program developed to ace a fitness specific test.

      Stew Smith awesome, thank you for your response. I am trying to find your program for the test. I thought you put one out before. When I google it I can not find the link to the program. Can you share that for me? I enjoy watching you and Jeff Nichols videos!

    Hi Stew smith. I have two questions. Is the ranger pft still being administered to try out for the 75th ranger regiment and would the buds warning order be a good workout program to prepare for BUDS or is that program not effective anymore?

    • @StewSmith182
      @StewSmith182  Před rokem

      Yes Ranger PFT is still being used Pullup, pushup, situps, 5 mile run. that is not a bad one if you need more endurance and muscle stamina (cals / cardio) BUT if you lack strength I would do a different program (that includes lifting / durability training with load bearing).
