    I think the zone diet is actually a very good diet. I used it to gain weight. All it is is a ratio where you eat 40% of your calories from carbohydrates, 30% from protein, and 30% from fat. if you just keep increasing the calories at that ratio, you’re getting plenty of carbohydrates and plenty of calories.
