This video is to show you about the CVT drive system on Bennche UTV Bighorn 400/500/700/700X Crew and Cowboy 400/500/700. You will see how to check your CVT belt from this video.
Thank you for your video. Once you have installed a drive belt, how long do you have to it leave Neutral before the primary and secondary automatically tension out the belt? Please let me know. Thank you.
Is there a clutch on the inside of the crankcase that engages the cat clutch. When the cvt clutch begins to spin under throttle it makes a terrible clunking noise. And while idling it chunks as it engages and disengaged cvt whence there's a little resistance while idling... So it sits and clunks something terrible. Anyone know what it is or am I just gonna have to explore inside the crankcase?
Why does everyone insist on calling the CVT drive and driven variable pitch sheaves "primary" and "econdary" "clutches"? They are not clutches--not even close...

Rick..I believe one of the clutch bearings is a "one way" type for the purpose of engine braking
Хотелось бы посмотреть разборку,сборку двигателя Ямаха гризли 700
Does Bennche offer any engine braking system? Very hilly here. Brakes wear out quickly.
@bennche what is the belt size (width & length) for a spare CVT belt from my T-Boss 550? Or can you recommend an aftermarket replacement with part #?
Can you tell me how to get the secondary to release on a Bennche Spire 800 EFI or could you do a video on it?
What size thread do the 6mm bolts have?
So the rollers inside primary cluth post to have grease
How much is a transmission for it. My buddy just gave me a massimo 500 and has transmission troubles and possible stator issues
Does Bennche has tranmission fluid and steeling fluid?
what would could reverse to slip when backing up.

How hard to rebuild the transmission
Looks like a yamaha 660/700 motor and clutch set up...
