ASMR: Cozy Winter Bear Cookies for a Happy Mood
Welcome to Cozy Cooking! In this video, we'll show you how to make easy and delicious peanut butter bear cookies for a cozy winter treat. These cookies are perfect for a good mood and creating a warm atmosphere. They're perfect for sweet tooths, healthy eaters, and vegetarians. Ingredients:
250 grams peanut butter
150 grams brown sugar
100 grams all-purpose flour
100 grams oatmeal
1.5 teaspoons baking soda and baking powder mix
1/3 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup water or plant-based milk
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
2. In a large bowl, cream together the peanut butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Beat in the flour, oatmeal, baking soda and baking powder mix, and salt.
4. Gradually add water or plant-based milk, mixing until just combined.
5. Roll the dough into balls about 2 centimeters in diameter.
6. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Flatten the balls with a fork, shaping them into bear heads with two chocolate chips for eyes.
8. Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
9. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
You can also add a little tip about how to personalize the bear cookies even further. For example, you could suggest using different types of nuts or dried fruit for eyes, noses, and mouths.
