Ingredients:
250 grams peanut butter
150 grams brown sugar
100 grams all-purpose flour
100 grams oatmeal
1.5 teaspoons baking soda and baking powder mix
1/3 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup water or plant-based milk
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
2. In a large bowl, cream together the peanut butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Beat in the flour, oatmeal, baking soda and baking powder mix, and salt.
4. Gradually add water or plant-based milk, mixing until just combined.
5. Roll the dough into balls about 2 centimeters in diameter.
6. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Flatten the balls with a fork.
8. Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
9. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
