Honor magic5 pro have 4k@30fps video in ultrawide camera and not 1080p or I miss something here?
Do you think you can get 9 hours of SOT? With low brightness and mostly use it for browsing?
I have seen few battery drain tests in CZcams, it can go >8 hrs. SOT if I remember correctly.
Is there slow motion like 960fps 1920fps? third party app can unlock this ?

Man looks mainly good but the lens flare concerns me.... Seeing it in *a lot* of pictures posted, and in this video it looked like it didn't disappear from slight changes in angle holding it either, the video kept the flare Evan as you were turning.
Did you find it happening a lot in photos?
Didn't happen at all in photos , was just that video shot . It had just finished raining and sun was shining though so a lot of reflections . Will do some more testing but so far it was only on that day ( trouble is UK weather is terrible!)
I have a question/problem with my Honor Magic 5 Pro - bluetooth sound on earbuds much weeker/quieter on my Huawei Freebuds 2 PRO and Soundcore Liberty 3 PRO compered with on other phones! Any idea how to solve this problem?? Thanks
I feel the same weirdness when testing my out for handfeel, hope that doesn’t make me hate it down the line
it was literally just at first, then it went away and felt normal after a while
@@tttechnology compared to the 5, it’s def a bit more heavy and not as light, but the specs and camera quality still swayed me to get the pro version (in China)
Can you use face ID for banking apps authentication or just for getting into the phone?
I'm not actually sure but good question , I'll check tomorrow and get back to you!
In Thailand, some banking apps do support Android face ID or fingerprint, so I think it depends on the app developers or policy if the mobile banks.

You never said anything about the "vegan orange leather back" version of this phone that comes with unbreakable screen display. There are several videos seen where the screen was used to break walnuts stuffs

I have the Honor Magic 4 Pro which came with android 12 but unfortunately as at today 12th of April 2023, I'm yet to receive Android 13 update on it in the UK...🤔
Mine got the update in the last week, so if you don't have it yet, hopefully very soon!

i dont know where u live,but s23 ultra 12/512 gb in my region is 1280 euros, and honor magic5 pro 1199 euros(just the phone, no freebies), so its a no brainer to buy samsung ,sadly
I really like this phone, but it's missing Band 71 for T-mobile in the US.
I would advise everyone to stay clear of this phone. I purchased one brand new 4 weeks ago and it broke in the first 3 weeks after being in my pocket during a short rain storm. Honor are refusing to replace my device under warranty as it has traces of water inside the device. It is supposed to be IP68 waterproof rating but clearly isn't.
absolute waste of almost £1,000 - go and buy a phone from a reputable organisation that doesn't cut corners in their manufacturing process.

If I'm not mistaken, they had this in the Magic 4 pro which came out long before the dynamic island bs. So you can guess who copied who...
LG was the first to make such design. Apple copied the concept from LG.
This people have never seen a pill shaped cutout that came even in the Huawei P40 Pro.

It has a few minuses compared to S23 Ultra:
1) Slow and rare updates;
2) Low resale value, nobody wants to buy it from you
3) Camera capabilities after 10x are really bad.
Other than this, it's a beast phone compared to S23 Ultra.
the resale thing is not true - or it depends on the country. I dont think there is a problem with selling Oppo or Honor phones in Europe. I've never complained about the updates either.
@@mariola6182 in Romania it is, nobody wants to buy a Honor/Oppo/Vivo 2nd hand, or at least the buyers are RARE....brand new, yeah, they are buying, but 2nd hand rarely..
