These basses are awesome and really beautiful in my opinion, I really liked @basssklave's video that you also had on your channel.
I would say though, they are REALLY expensive... To the point where I'd only buy it if I were a professional musician with lots of money, which I'll never be LOL
Still a stunning bass and I wish I could have a chance to try one of these out, though since I live in Canada that's not going to happen :D

The Fbass AC model is way more expensive than this model. Great sound, yes. But not friendly to the wallet. So, $5000 is really not that bad considering.

The USB charging is optional, you can still replace the battery as usual. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Anyways the battery system can also become outdated following your reasoning.
The truth is, there is many technologies out there relying on USB support that is highly likely they will be there until the end of our lifes, the same than regular 9VC batteries. 🤷🏻‍♂️
