I remember watching the playoffs in 08’ at 8 yrs old with my dad. Good memories. I’ll be a celtics fan till’ the day I die.
Paul pierce celtics career is so underrated, people talks so much about the past bird etc.celtics will always be remembered that way, but the celtics got lucky with paul , the franchise was about to be charlotte bobcats-type, they got lucky with paul and stuck with him and he delivered , celtics and all of new england should put his name up there with the brady's , ortiz'

Boston Sports Rock. Summer of 2007, Celtics went to work after a disappointing 2006-2007 Season. Pierce wanted out of Boston, because negativity was high in Boston and all of New England. Ainge goes to work, gets Allen. I remember just smiling when the C's got KG. Celtics were loaded. I recollect, that Red Sox were winning the WS, Patriots were winning the Super Bowl (but February of 2008 was a nightmare) and Celtics were winning the NBA Finals. Celtics, it had to be done to win it all, because it was a rough 22 years. Losing Len Bias in June of 1986 and Reggie Lewis in 1993. When Red Auerbach past away in October of 2006, that hit the organization hard. But 2007-2008 Celtics was a fantastic team. 66-16, best since the Larry Bird Era. Finally the country got Boston-LA in 2008. Celtics took it in 6 games. BEAT LA BEAT LA BEAT LA BEAT LA!
