Her father built it through the funds donated by trader in aburi ...these traders raised the funds but Nkrumah oversaw the building of the house ....
There's a house in the western region which is dilapidated and apparently he lived there whenever he was in western region... But again not sure whether it was state property or not..

Tell Samia Nkrumah that her statement is foolish. Peduase Lodge is built on state-acquired land from the Ga people. How in hell can you acquire land for state purposes and end up claiming the house as yours! Nkrumah knows better and couldn't do that. So, I don't want to hear that statement from anybody as a justification.
