With my kitchen completely torn apart for a much-needed makeover, I've had to get creative with my cooking solutions. Hi Anja, I would love to see how you cook a curry in your rice cooker. I have always thought of my rice cooker as single use so I am intrigued to see the additional uses you have for it. Best of luck with the kitchen reno, you won’t know yourself when it is done.😁
Rice cookers are great. I steam my vegetables in it too.
Nice to see that you are still around cooking! The pandemic was hard for me! Cooking with Plants is still my favorite site for recipes!
I'm so happy to see this video. I've been living like this for awhile. My electric pots are the best things ever...followed by the air fryer, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster and fridge of course. I don't miss a full kitchen as much as I thought I would. 😅❤

I’m still not completely WFPB and it’s due to laziness and lack of planning. I’m a single person only looking after myself. I leave for work at 6:30 in the morning and get home by 5:30 most nights but by then I just want the convenience of something I don’t have to make (take away or whatever rubbish I get from the shops).
I’d be interested in savoury breakfast ideas that I can take to the office and eat at my desk. Also cook once, eat for multiple days lunch or dinner recipes that I can just heat up or that are meant to have cold.
That’s not too much to ask for, is it? 😂

I am just finishing up a six month renovation where I’ve been stuck in one bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room. The laundry room is my makeshift kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, sink, and blender. I use the tops of my washer and dryer as the counter space!
Trust Anja to turn her rice cooker into a Thermomix! Cant wait to see her new kitchen, I remember her kitchen in her house years ago and it was immaculate 😊

I use my Instant pot/air fryer almost exclusively... and my kitchen isn't being renovated... but it could sure use it!.

Hi - how about rice cooker bread/cake? I need an energy efficient excuse to buy a new, small traditional rice cooker (like the ones with a steel lid). Can absolutely not afford a fancy Zojirushi 😂 although that sounds like a miracle machine ❤
Also, what is there more than hummus in this world? I need recipes for various pastes that would be kid friendly, onion free, oil free and great for dipping. Double bonus if they can function as the sauce for soft tortillas and/or contain cannellini beans.
Can you think of a recipe to use sprouted greens in (blended to paste or not). I am thinking like onion free veggie balls, baked, made of a potato-and-tofu base with hidden or chopped veggies in. And turmeric. And maybe tomato paste?
