Kmart for kitchen and home items, organising, storage but big w great for personal items such as make up, personal hygiene. Cleaning items when half price 😊

Where Still Waiting for a BigW in Alice Springs NT we have Kmart Target but no Big W

I definitely prefer Kmart as I feel like I could get everything I need (and more) from there. But I also like Big W, I tend to go there if I am shopping for clothes or shoes or books. But yeah, Kmart is like a one-stop shop.

I generally shop at Big W. I can find things more easily there. Their clothes fit me better than Kmart styles. I also like the book section. But I can't resist a look around Kmart too. Luckily we have both at our local shopping centre. Thanks for the video I enjoyed shopping with you. 😊❤

I’m a Kmart girl, but big w has good sales on bedding and home wares. Sometimes you can get their better quality home items at quite reduced prices. Wish they had more stores dotted around.

I’m a Kmart shopper as I shop online and have free shipping for $4 a month with One Pass for Kmart and Target, so only shop those two stores unless down in Perth which is rare.

I am a BigW shopper for clothes. I think the clothes are better quality in Big W than Kmart. I also go to Target and Best and Less.

Hi Deborah. I'm a K Mart shopper only because we don't have Big W here. I do go to Carringal occasionally. My favourite colour is blue so I loved all the blue clothing. I bought the grey leisure wear top and wide leg pants. They are so soft but not that warm. Enjoy the rest of your weekend lovely and I'll see you soon ❤❤xx

@Deborahafter50 it is beautiful down here but quite windy. Yesterday was lovely too and we had a street BBQ and a party in our front yard. It was a lovely day. 😊😘❤️❤️xx

@Deborahafter50 we do it every summer and at different houses. We were the first to do it in Winter. Lucky we have a big fire pit and a portable BBQ.

First, that new fashionable blue is absolutely stunning and would look good on almost anyone. Secondly. I don't know how you were able to leave those two stores without an armload of new clothes. You're a better woman than I am. Of course we want to see a haul.

I can only shop at Kmart as Big W is over 400kms from where I live. BigW has to have something I really want/need to consider the extra cost of postage.

Big W is part of Woolworths so it wouldn't surprise me if it was Walmart Inspired, Woolies After all was Inspired by the US/UK Department Store that no longer exists
BTW despite Target 🎯 Australia 🇦🇺 officially not having any Connection to Target 🎯 USA 🇺🇸 the name and Logo is Licenced but they (Target USA!) have no control over Target 🎯 Australia 🇦🇺
Kmart Australia 🇦🇺 was a Spin Off Kmart USA but Wesfarmers bought out Kmart USA 🇺🇸 so is Wholly Australian has been for 30 odd years

Tend to stick to Kmart as big w is not as close to me. I do like their makeup and cleaning products sections when I do go 😀👌

Big W is good for pjs though, found some good ones. Found a cute comfortable dress from there though only $20 n very soft.

Sounds like to I need to make more of an effort and go to Big W when I have the opportunity.
It’s just that the two closest shopping centers to me don’t have one but have both Kmart and Target, so it’s easier.

What do you shop for specifically at Big W? Or are the two stores pretty interchangeable for you?
I would pick Big W because they have more options than Kmart but I just go for Photos although big w no longer does one. But I would pick big w
