I agree with Heidi's assessment. It was a fun video, and I laughed a lot, but it wasn't as relatable as some of your other videos. As another mom of 4 who started going to the gym this year, I almost sent this video to my mom workout friend, but the end where she didn't actually do any work and just took pictures of herself made it a no for sharing. I am really looking forward to the next video, though! 😂

Heidi you are BEAUTIFUL!!!! inside and out. The two of you are perfect and your uploads make my day even better. I would exercise with you if you did a vidreo. By the way, I have been guilty of signing up to gyms, going twice and then I always had more important things to do, usually kid or grandkid related. I was told by my Son In Law (bless his heart) that I do not have a social life that is why I am always "free" to watch my grandchildren. The truth is, I do not have a social life because I am always watching my grandchildren,🤣 going on 17 years.
