I think it is one of the fastest, but tymon has a 3.43 fullstep that he got in the monkey league to name just one

People say ruihang xu’s 2.68 is full step because he recognised the sune pll skip as one case so it gets a bit subjective. It can count as zbll because he one looked it and I’d say that if you one look something it doesn’t count as a skip because you knew that the alg would bring the cube to completion, but Fhami’s 2.8 counts as full step because it has first 2 blocks, cmll, and l6e, maybe fhami’s 2.62 does as well I forgot the solution
