verbal "typo" possibly at 12.58, the video says something like "ziprasidone AKA zyprexa, causes weight gain". I think Paul meant to say zyprexa (AKA *olanzapine*) causes weight gain issues - an important point because conversely, ziprasidone is one of the few second gen antipsychotics that doesn't seem to have major weight gain issues. Please correct me if i'm wrong!

How do you differentiate schizoaffective disorder from brief psychotic event?

brief psychotic disorder last 1-30 days, think of the word brief. Schizoaffective disorder is the psychotic signs and followed by the mood. Psychosis and the mood are separate.
