On this episode of The In Studio Show, the crew is joined by chef and restauranteur Chintan Pandya. Chintan owns what many consider to be New York City’s best Indian restaurant. We’re taking inspiration from his menus to create the most authentic Indian food possible in the studio. WHAT’S YOUR GO-TO INDIAN FOOD ORDER?!
chito omalley greased garlic naan
Goa Machhi, Achari Kulcha and Mango Chutney.
I need to Taste Around to Figure it out OooooooooooHWeeeeeeeee 👊😈💪📈
Tarka Daal, Lemon Chilli rice, Bombay potatoes, Saag Aloo and of course the pièce de résistance Popadoms of course. Throw a cheeky naan in then, go on.
Butter chicken fresh out the kitchen
Indian food is some of the highest level food ever... Quality has an infinite range but if it's made right its like nothing else. I was in Rishikesh 2018 at a nice hotel, the food there was out of the world...
Best part is the variations never end so it's a win win
That too Vegetarian food in Rishikesh.😊
Could you name that
@@hardikp5192 probably that food which that man made with armpit😅
True. When it’s well made it’s the best food on earth. 😊
My brother was a chef, he passed away a few years back and watching these videos it reminds me of him. You definitely love the culture of culinary arts!
He is Chef Chintan Pandya, right ! He is awesome. The rare Indian chef who serves 'unapologetic authentic indian food' . I love his this attitude, you like Indian food you will have to eat in the proper Indian flavour indian way. I follow him since his first video on his Restaurant named Dhamaka. All other Indian chefs literally change the actual Indian dishes.
Indian cuisine have a long history, so no wonder it will taste heavenly. It took them thousand of years to perfect their culinary art. Just to let you all know 99% of Indian food tasted out of India is 7/10 of the genuine taste you will find in same dish available in India.
I have visited India several time before moving to India permenentaly, I never ever missed meat because I never knew vegetarian cuisine can taste so fricking better.
Bro are you a proud Hindustani like us?
@@ashimroychowdhury3723 I think so in my mind, proud Indian indeed.
@@ErikBerg666 oh yeah. Hella proud to have you in our cosmic chaos brother. I think what makes our motherland different from others is the sheer struggle and spirituality attached to people's life. Where are in India currently brother? Take care and be safe in this intolerable summer.
@@ashimroychowdhury3723 Thank you for the warm welcome. I am happy to be part of this cosmic chaos, chaos is what makes life worth living. Order feels good only for a while, chaos is eternal and lasting. I live in a beautiful small town in Utarakhand so not much to bother about the summer heat. 🤗
@@ErikBerg666i'm from uttarakhand, missing my heavenly state
Indian cuisine is fcking gangster
ok
As in it'll kill you? I'm just joking, I love it, couldn't resist. It's one of the best and most diverse in the world.
anyone who fries vegetables is based
It 100% is when done right. Unfortunately for the longest time all the Indian restaurants in NYC have been cookie cutter Walmart style places. All the menus are the same. But I haven't been back in a minute so let me know if things have changed.
I've never heard anyone express our cuisine in that manner but that's awesome 🤣🤣🤣
Indian is my favorite cuisine without a doubt. I still remember one in the East End of London in Whitechapel and it blew me away.
Chaat is incredible. There’s an authentic Indian place not far from me. They do so many hard to find speciality dishes, every time I get a different order and every time it’s incredible
I love how Chito keeps poppin in on the show. You should get Volk on the show sometime too
chito*
Volk was on an episode where they go to a steakhouse I think. But not one of these from their new in-studio kitchen
@@MateChocolate94 yeah I saw that one recently and they’re awesome together. Really wish he would come on one of these cooking episodes but I don’t think they live close together so the logistics are probably complicated
Second this idea! Love his appearance in these. Honestly any guest but that buster french guy would be amazing.
chito is lame, sore loser, average fighter
having been to 2 of Chintan's restaurants, I cant recommended him enough. Honestly, its the closest to authentic Indian food (with actual spices and condiments used) I've found in the US
Indian food is truly next level when prepared properly like this.
Indian cuisine is just one of the Best in the World !! Mix of colors, spices, cooking techniques, amazing textures and full of tasty flavors...
Just Pure Art ❤
Indian food Too complex to cook bro, I'd better stick to my sandwiches 🤷🏻♂️
@@veereshwarvir8089 You can try at the restaurants tho
@@veereshwarvir8089It's literally just sauce how hard can it be
I feel more cultured just from watching these videos ... Meanwhile, my car smells like McDonald's, weed and farts
Farts hahahaa
😂😂😂
@@DannyBoyCFC ya know, in the winter when ya rip a couple in the car while the heat is cranked up and when ya get back in from whatever errands you ran, it still smells lik farts
Thanks for sharing. 😂😂😂
@@noahwalker8359 haha of course, Men of Culture over here
“Don’t have to ask me twice, not even once”
Indian cuisine should be the most expensive in the world IMO.. it’s so advanced, scientific & sophisticated with exotic ingredients.. there’s nothing cheap about it.. so amazing
Such great representation of Indian food. Indian food is not just one of the most flavourful dishes but also can be one of the most sophisticated dishes too.
I'm glad we finally have Indian chefs who can portray it as such ❤
Indian food is amazing! I can eat lamb Byriani everyday. I can't wait for the filipino episode, I will be ready with my sigsig and san miguel 😁
Ohh you must try beef biriyani b😊😊😊
You can also try pork briyani, its so delicious@@pieceofcrap7167
I have had it every day for two months in Paragon Calicut and put on 20 kgs in that time. That restaurant I mentioned is listed as 10th most iconic restaurant in the world last year and the biriyani as the number 1 biriyani in the world. They have many restaurants across kerala and UAE but their best food is still served in their first restaurant under a highway bridge.
“Muscle separation, it’s like it’s preparing for the Olympia” 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 I love you so fucking much man
Finally an Indian Food recipe one! Best Vegetarian dishes :D
Indian Cuisine has soooooo many great Vegetarian dishes that to tend to forget eating Non-Veg. Good for health & humanity.
Indian Non-Veg food > Indian veg food
"I'm gonna move to India".. the sound in chefs voice was like 'no no you don't want to do that just come to my restaurant' 😂
Not really! Its more like come to my restaurant & increase my revenue!
Can't tell if it's because he's high or if he looks insanely hungover during the ad for the hangover cure 😭
How good are you with the spice?
Very good, I'd say I'm one of the best ever 🤣
Lamb makes me crazy
'I wouldnt cry in the middle of the night if you feed me this'
Young Baklava gives me life.
Mr Baklava 4 the people... x)
Hahaha Action was blazeeed! Ma man!
Not sure the name but, my mom used to make this Indian dish that was rice, yellow curry, potato, habanero, ginger, and chicken for the meat. Absolutely silly good
Action just wandering the kitchen with a fork sure is a vibe. I miss my college indian place. I was basic, always got Saag Choley.
We need a wine list from each video!
Facts
Wow...looks incredible!!
Ugh. Had to watch that @ 2x. There's things that need my attention. Gonna watch that again in the morning. Delicious!!!
MORE OF THIS PLEASE AND THANK YOU : )
The myth. The legend. Keep doing what you’re doing
That was the most beautiful and exciting food show I've seen in ages🎉 damn I'm hungry 😮
The universe is just like that, today i am supposed to go to the part of the city with the only place they sell biryani and rlly looking forward to it. Woke up, eating my breakfast and see Action enjoying it too. Amazing energy, food and ppl.
That biryani has me legit drooling
Gujarati chefs such as Pandya have a really good sense of flavor balance 👌🏻.
Brother, I love what you do. I was just listening to Blue Chips yesterday. Now, once again, cooking advice. U know...
Goddam, literally anywhere I go as an Indian there's a Filipino, even on CZcams about an Indian restaurant. Brothers in working hard.
I fucking love when he talks his training and weight loss journey, super proud of where his is now from what he was.
Action is the spice of life. Keep on keeping on Brother ❤
Awesome
APPRECIATE YOU PUMPIN’ THESE VIDS OUT.

Very happy they liked Indian food it’s the best
Always heat 👌
Action - you should put together a tour package that includes dinner at your studio. You have some of the most awesome guests.
chito just chilling in the background
he's so drunk i love it
That chicken with the rice and yogurt sauce has got to be the best shit ever
it's Lamb not Chicken and yes it is amazingly delicious
What’s a cooking show without hyperbole ? I LOVE Action’s movement around these chefs.
This is one of highest Action has ever been on the show: absolute munchies❤
He drunk alot ..he is not in his sense...I mean he is in phase 😂😂😂😂😂
he's beyond baked in this one
Gotta watch this twice just to understand the depth to Indian cuisine
We need a hash pairing dinner episode ❤
" i wouldnt cry in the midle of the night if you could feed me this" lol
"you got it, you dont have to ask me twice..you dont even have to ask me once."
lamb sounded and looked good
Let’s gooooooooooo
Idk why, but it is pretty hard to find good Indian food in America. Which is weird, because there are so many Indians in America. When it is really good, it's insanely expensive. The place near me on Long Island charges $3.50 for a single piece of garlic naan....do you know how cheap it is to make garlic naan? Maybe 15 cents in bulk.
The only thing I can think of is that it's not that popular here, so they have to make up for the lack of volume with higher costs. Indian food in England isn't expensive.
ACTION!!!!!
Love seeing chito in so many of the vids
come to NM!!!
Lessgooo mickey mama
Action Bronson got the heart of a fucking lion. God bless you brother and keep making this beautiful content.
Desi Indian desserts
Bronson we need you in Poland ! :)
thank you
Another banger! WE LOVE THESE.
Also no rotten frenchie in it, makes it so much better
Dum doesn't mean power in this context. dum means the breath of the food
Didn't expect chintan to faf like this
11:14 god damn.
EVen after eating while watching i got hungry
🎉🎉🎉
11:02 what a mouth full sound like
W Chito 👍
Need his recipe for the green chutney!!!!
Garlic, cilantro or Coriander, green Indian chili or birds eye chili, salt, black salt, lemon juice
“ …I’m a pimp named SlickBack!!!! “
“Dum” means power but it also means breath.. so the biryani cooks in its own breath (steam)
More Indian food action
Action is getting paid 😆
Is that Chito? 😮
Get o'mally on next....😂
SOUTH Indian cuisine you need to check out in NY
"that's powerful steam"
Indian cuisine is there for all the meat eaters trying to cut down killing too !
Why u didn't snatch a piece of the soft and crispy joint bread?
Action GUTson)))
bro wtf?? Chito comes out of nowhere. I did not expect to see him in here!
Shoutout chito Vera in the house
