Dirtex vs TSP

Is Dirtex the Same As TSP?
Is TSP substitute same as TSP? This is not a simple question to answer, but it does have an easy answer. No.
Is TSP Substitute as Good as TSP?
Substitute means, well, substitute. But that doesn't mean the substitute can't be awesome!
I decide to see if Dirtex or TSP cleans my dirty, sticky plaster walls better. Verdict? ...

TSP kills any gloss which allows the finish paint to adhere better. I don't know if Dirtex does that.

Tsp will do ciggerte smoke were as dirtex wont so id say tsp is awesome

You have to use oven cleaner and heat. I am afraid that will kill the finish on these cabinets. Also this grease isn't burnt on. So what to use. Dawn will work fine on most of the cabinets. But those around the cabinet. Arg. One thing i know, those microwave vent fans are not sufficient if you do any amount of cooking.
Any suggestions?

hi, I would try tsp. test it in an inconspicuous place to make sure it doesn't hurt the finish first. the vent fan ... that is a toughie. I would get a real vent to the outside if it's possible. the micro ones are not powerful enough for sure.

Hi Bob, it’s a strong cleaner, so do make sure to follow the instructions on the box as regards protection and ventilation.

Professional results always takes a little more work. That’s why the wealthy hire the professionals. Use the TSP cleaner. And rinse if you want the professionals results.

My dirtex cleaned walls took the paint beautifully and are holding up great. That said, TSP is a wonderful cleaner and I use it on very tough jobs😀
