I have trouble with exercising now because of health issues but your videos make me see I can achieve real strength and be in a much better position health wise without the use of exercise machines or weights, if I just stay consistent. Nah man, this videeo is simply fantastic. I've always been very into exercise. Volleyball is one of my biggest passions and I love mma (or any fighting really). I started weight lifting around 2 years ago and have had quite the astethic and strenght growth. The idea of starting calisthenics has been around for a while, I've even done a lot of core exercises over this last year (like the L-sit, altho with less than perfect technique), but I only started it seriously this summer. And oh boy, has it been hard. But this videos are definitely some of the most helpful I've seen. Thanks so much bro, really appretiate it.

Hey Chris love your stuff man. I’m into calisthenics for a year now and I recently got joint pain in my elbow from overtraining pull ups and push ups and as a result can’t do any of it now. If it hasn’t been done, maybe you could talk about your own injuries and path throughout your calisthenics journey, and how you dealt with them.

I have the L sit, still struggle for the balance part of the handstand though... But with time, dedication and your good advices, I know I'll get it sooner or later 💪🏾🙏🏾

I strugle with handstand a bit to but I decided to spend 10- 20 mins after all my workouths to focus on handstand and Im getting way better now.
I believe I'm in the "old dog, new trick" situation 🤣 I practice almost daily too but I do it as a part of my warm-up, and Grease the Groove style throughout the day! Can't wait to leave the wall and train freestanding 🔥💪🏾
@@TheCyaf974 try negative handstand push-ups. There is an element where you can compensate balance with a bit of strength
