So many realestate agents BREAK stuff. They left my friends mirror on for a week and it burned out. She had it on video. She didnt live in the unit. And went BACK and looked on the video when she realized her mirror wasnt working.

This is really sad and when I used to flip houses I would put cameras in every room and the garage because I caught several employees and sub contractors stealing and it's really necessary to put cameras because when you file a police report and have video there is very little litigation because the video has all the proof you need and they realize that once the district attorneys office has a copy of the video there is no way out and to go ahead and plead guilty

Should have shut the gas valve off. Everyone wants to know what does this switch do.

The owners should have shut off the gas valve to the fireplace. I had a gas fireplace and never had the valve open unless using the fireplace.
