Dip chicharon in vinegar with garlic and black pepper. Sometimes, I also add a little vinegar to boy bawang. My faves among the snacks you tried are the same with your faves - chicharon and muncher. I'm not so fan of boy bawang but the flavor I like the most is the garlic one. That's my fave flavor of boy bawang.

The "Fried Shrimp" is internationally known as Krupuk which is associated with Southeast Asian cuisine (Ph: Kropek, Indo: Kerupuk etc.). Krupuk starts as hydrated starch with infused flavors like shrimp or fish. With chicharon, you start with the pig skin (May have salt or Ajinomoto😁). Both are sun-dried then flash-fried.
