- Taking Drew Binsky through Jamaica our next adventure carries us to the Rasta Village in the Blue Mountains. The School of Vision is a community of over 100 Rastas. They embrace the natural vegan/holistic lifestyle that Rastafarianism is known for. We had the pleasure of cooking and reasoning with some of the residents and were invited to share in their history and life stories.

I got emotional seeing these men lock hands in love and respect. You don't see that much in the U.S or social media. Peace and Love
You could see it in India at certain regions especially where the sheuks live and there are organizations that will feed 10,000 100,000 so many people making dal and roti and just all gather together in peace and prayer it is absolutely beautiful🙏☮️

Lovely vlog. I remember when I was living in Jamaica and a student at the University of the West Indies, a group of us students, hiked to the peak of the Blue Mountains where we could see Cuba. It was very cold at the to (have to bring a warm jacket), but rewarding. We hiked for 3 days and could smell the coffee and thyme along the way, the natural spring water was delicious. Will never forget the experience.

The Blue Mountain is such a beautiful place. It's a blessing to live there. Those guys are certainly living the good life. The stew looks great. Personally, I don't like to cook my ground food with a lot of water. I believe too much water takes away the flavor and nutrients of the food. I just put a little water in the pot and let it steam.
