After u go to the gym, do u repeat ur skincare routine u did in the morning or just use a facial wipe and shower? Like do u reapply any products that u used in ur morning skincare routine after the gym? I was always curious about people’s after-gym hygiene and skin routine lol especially since most of the products sweat off in the gym
personally i don't go to gym or workout lol but thinking about it, i guess waking up, washing face + putting on moisturizer should be enough. then after the workout you could do the whole skincare. i mean it would make sense, right? 🤔😊
personally i always reapply my skincare after i wash my face.
