- Some claim this is actually called "Lost in Darkness". This song is originally from the 2002 Resident Evil remake for the Game Cube. Someone posted a 60 minute version of this song, but their channel has since been deleted. Please enjoy.

Everyone’s gangsta until the crimson head wakes up.
Just aim for the head I love this game
...and the hunters
@@Brett-Eras no one was that full of themselves by that point lol
Very true, lol. Jill was always the only point of solace for me in Spencer Mansion.. pretty sure she unconsciously and unrealistically set the standards for the wife I am still seeking@@RachelOfArcadia
@@Brett-Eras I always kill them with my knife when I play as Chris
The Soundtrack in this game was PERFECT.
It still holds up quite well even to this day!!
Resident Evil Remake came out 20 years ago and it’s been love ever since! ❤️👍
It proves Capcom CAN or at least COULD do a remake right when they wanted to. Too bad they had to make it exclusive to a powerful, albeit underappreciated console at the time which lead the series down the downward spiral it's been following ever since.
The best resident evil game ever made!
It feels so cold and dreadful...I love it.
As a ten year old, In my nightmares I was always in this dark, long hallway. With red long carpets. Second floor, northeast door. You know the door. - Memories are from the orginal track. But this is even more nightmarish..
I still have nightmares about this shit til thus day first played this when I was 9 I'm 23 now
Using this as background music while I read the Umbrella Conspiracy.
Ah, I see you're a person of culture as well
I love that book. I had them all.
There is an ominous silence outside and in the inside there are secrets that are so unfortunately shocking.
Thank you so much for this! Its perfect! Lets call it "Macabre darkness".
This is basically just the shit of nightmares... love it. Nothing from RE will ever even come within reach of REmake. :)
This is great! I play it all the time while studying and reading!
Thank you for uploading this again!!!
This is the only resident evil game that i can't finish because i was so terrified with the scary music essence so eeri
Truly for me one of the scariest Resident Evil games.
The goal here was to definitely be
A more grounded and omnious
Than the original and they nailed it.
This is amazing I'm glad theres another extended version, I hope you get more subs because I just gave one
Thank you for the support! I'm happy to provide an extended version of this song (and others) on CZcams!
Creepy as hell and i love it!
It reminds me of the super metroid boss statue room
Re1 easily gave the most uneasy feeling atmospheric capture .
It is because of the isolation that the spencer mansion and the surrounding areas puts you and your teammates in. It is literally just you, a bunch of bio created freaks and NO ONE else. In the following games there are at least a few other living people around which you can run into. It is the loneliness that does the trick.
If you compare this game to re village which one you like better?
It's very hard to say since both have such unique styles of gameplay. Village is an overall better game imo by virtue of having better controls and refined gameplay mechanics that are more accessible to others. But REmake 1 has a better atmosphere and tension-factor. There are hardcore RE fans who dislike RE7/8 because it went to FPS, but Metroid did the same to keep their franchise fresh.
I have Wii version of this game. Story was great but controls sucked. I spend playing for 7 days just to learn that awful controls, but it was worth it!
The clunky controls add to the horror.
@@mattressstore-wc1bn Well it depends which scheme you choose. If I had Gamecube controller, I propably would learn them within 3 to 4 days. But no, I only have Wii controller without nunchuk. So thats it.
It doesn't live up to the original but I'm glad they didn't change the REmake soundtrack too much.
I think it does live up to old original resident evil
How does it not?
