Trek Precaliber 20 Bike Review
My son, Gabriel, tells us a little bit about his bike and gives us a review.
Like many of the videos I do they are on products or things I didn't see much information on and the same for this bike. I searched but couldn't find a really good review or much information. I hope this review helps fill that void.
If you are interested in this bike it comes in different varieties as well as for boys and girls. So my son is a bit on the short side but we finally upgraded from his starter bike to this bike which has the 20 inch wheels. The Trek Precaliber also introduces him to hand brakes, which is something bigger bikes have.
What I really like was the adjustable pedals, the ability to move the pedals along the crank allows them to keep the bike longer. This accommodates your child while he is on the smaller size but also as they grow and their legs get longer. Another feature that I really appreciate is the chain guard, as you know a kiddos fingers could get stuck and this helps eliminate that possibility. Another plus is the chain guard keeps their pants off the chain... meaning cleaner pants.
Overall I think this is a well thought out bike which is why we decided to purchase it. It is a bike that is of pretty good quality, he can learn to use the hand brake, grow with this bike and above all really enjoy it.
