I love that Abigail dances over to all of the other band members in every live TV performance so they all get screentime. Also they seem way more relaxed when they perform the uncensored version of this song, I actually started to wonder if they were all nervous about slipping up and using the wrong words...

ive seen a few live tv shows where theyve slipped up and it had to be dubbed over lol, also ive heard that abigails doesnt like to sing the censored version

As a musician, when I first heard them on the radio they really stood out, the second time i heard it i had to google them and see who they were, which i rarely do anymore. But really theyre a self-made band who did something really weird: they decided to practice and play together and actually play gigs, before ever trying to record anything, so, they got good and developed their own sound!
The lead guitar work really caught me, I can tell that there was some real talent there. They are all talented and they have a fanastic lead singer, so yeah, the time could be right for them!
They are not a flash in the pan!!!
Yeah they're good but they were picked up by a record label before even releasing a song, so they have had massive boost in terms of publicity
Might want to look into UB40. MUCH better back-story. Hint: the name of their band is an unemployment form.

I loved UB40. Signing off was one of the best debut albums ever. But then they wasted their talent by playing cover versions and releasing duets with other artists. Such a shame.@@TruthrConsequences

I've been obsessed with this band since I first heard My Lady of Mercy back in October of 2023. It blew my mind! The uncensored version of Nothing Matters is just fantastic! Go and watch the video! All of their music has meaning. Sinner... fantastic as well. They really are on my bucket list to see live, but I doubt they'll ever come to South Africa.

A great performance and a great band. I would go as far as saying they will be future legends in rock music. I can imagine radio stations playing sinner in 10 years time and

I like that, and saying that as one of the biggest ever fans of Kate (I was 10 when Wuthering Heights came out and collected EVERYTHING ever since, been to concerts etc!), so yeah, good call. Nice to see a band who can play, look like they are having the time of their lives etc. Comparisons to the Go Gos is spot on).
Love the Twin Peaks black lodge stage design. Pretty song. I'll definitely keep an eye on this band.
the uncensored version makes so much more sense "i will have you" is so much less emphatic and descriptive. but great song, and great band.
Yes! Everyone please go check out the original video! It's more energetic and uncensored. This is still a great performance but the original is much better!

Awesome band ! Yes original is best. However if they have to use edit version I would say "I would rock you like nothing matters" Just my opinion but at least still have that hard k sound on the beat.
The Rolling Stones had to change 'Let's spend the night together' to something more mundane for US tv I seem to recall

I want to hear more of your songs if they are anything like this. Never hearing it and having an emotional response to a song is a feeling I don't experience too often anymore. I remember this feeling the most from my relative youth when legends of rock, disco, new wave, punk, techno, and classical music brought it to me for the first time hearing their single on the radio or for listening to them for the first time on an album, record that is, plays on a turntable.
They are really good! I recommend listening to their other songs out. You can also find some concerts of their online (they started off performing live rather than jumping straight into recordings)

Doing Britain proud. They remind me of "The Sparks" and "Siouxsie and the Banshees". A fantastic mix of retro with a modern vibe to it. I hope they a massive in the States. Britain needs something to feel positive about.

I saw them perform in the #WXRT studio in Chicago in the afternoon and then full show that same Nov mover 2023 evening at the Bottom Lounge in Chicago and they are utterly brilliant!!

To anyone hearing them for the first time: please go listen to their original or check out some of the recorded live performances. This was the censored version and the energy wasn't as high as the original.
Still a great performance but yeah, I like others more.
The Jools Holland version is online, first time I saw them (actually thought they were someone else at first and was expecting a different song 😅)

i was looking up the only band i havent heard of on the Alter Ego lineup. This song got my interest, then My Lady of Mercy and Caesar on a TV Screen took my attention. They ended up being the band i was most excited to see.

The sound at ZDF Magazin Royal in German television is so much better (together with the phenomenal studio orchestra), plus there they played the uncensored version (like everywhere in Europe).
