I ran the Comet this entire tournament. I had a lot of high placements at the beginning and end of this tournament (final 4 races were in a mostly bot lobby), but I struggled with inconsistency and often fell into low positions in the final lap. Managed to place 14th with 133 points, but I really want to get rid of the bad luck + occasional dumb mistakes I make when driving.
Well done with the podium. 👏 Also, thank ye for the encouragement to do more time trials. My next one is already prepared and uploaded, but I don't want Alex showcasing it before Wave 6 drops. Unlike the one from today's stream, the one I'm talking about here was primarily playing around with the layout of the racetrack. I even come to a complete stop at least 6 times, which only makes sense when you consider the name of the Mii that was used as the driver (and since it's not a Mii that I've used during any of Justin's Wave 5 streams, that's the biggest reason why I want to wait until Wave 6 drops before the time trial is showcased). I don't know what other time trials I'll be cooking up after the goofy one referred to in the previous paragraph is showcased. I'm almost certain they'll be more competitive than that one, though, and I'm hoping that all of my future time trial endeavors are as silly as that one and the one that was showcased tonight... but I'm unlikely to feature Father Boo again, as I believe I made all the points I needed to make with Father Boo at Toad's Turnpike. There was a green shell on Sweet Sweet Canyon that was definitely what I would call karma. I originally didn't plan to play, but then the situation with Carlos happened (he was wrongfully banned from MKC). I won't get into what happened, but this was my way of showing support. This explains the FreeCarlos tag. I absolutely have no idea what plans are for Saturday. I did not can up for LDC, and we have 6 people despite this. If my presence is not required it'll probably turn into a lobby takeover day, and hopefully Snow King brings his goofy combos for some much needed entertainment. (And Jacob too) Before I end this, I never got to it on Sunday's stream, but I didn't expect Bakura (I liked him too). It caused me to dig out my old Yu-Gi-Oh decks and they brought back memories as I looked them over. I used to play. Only stopped because the META was impossible to keep up with. I ran 3 different decks, a Dark Magician deck, a deck of only Warrior-Type monsters, and the 3rd is a Harpie Lady deck. All three were fun to use. I have, however, been able to build quite the library of cards in the video game Duelists of the Roses, which is turning the historical War of the Roses into a Yu-Gi-Oh event with Deck Leaders like the anime arc midway through the Battle City tournament (the video game calls it "the Perfect Rule", and I like it much better than the regular card game). My favorite decks are water-themed, especially with Roaring Ocean Snake and Aqua Dragon being powered up with Aqua Chorus.

Or seeing just how far I can jack Celtic Guardian's attack up with spell cards 😆. Fun time. You need to say no more about the TCG. I dropped off when Synchro Monsters were introduced, and the prices have gotten ridiculous.
