The spit screen is great. You have really good ball speed so the Effect looks perfect for you. I suspect rev dominate bowlers might have trouble with over/under. May I ask if you bowl with an oval thumb? Every time I try one. I get this hang about 70% of the time. I I use tape to create an oval there is no problem. So frustrating. I hate using 10-12 pieces of tape.
I always use an oval thumb for the last 30 years. My thumb isn't round shaped, it's oval. If I use a round thumb the hole will be bad in one of two ways: 1- Fits good in the front and back, but can't get the sides in, or 2- sides fit good but the hole is too big front to back. I'll never use a round thumbhole for the rest of my bowling days.

I love this ball. What balls would you pair with this? I have BW 3.0, Theorem already. Was thinking if I should get scorpion LF but open to other suggestions you think would round out bag with 3.0 and Effect? Great review!
Scorpion low flare would be a good, lower end complement for sure. You could also look at the Brunswick Endeavor, for a cleaner first 40 feet.

How does it compare to Archetype Hybrid?
The Effect revs up faster and has a bit more pronounced backend movement. The Archetype Hybrid is slightly slower and lopes down the lane a bit more due to the higher RG.
Remember when, in order to have your ball curve into the pocket, you had to know how to curve a ball? Nowadays the ball does the work for you. Dunno how anyone can claim credit for being a good bowler when the equipment is doing the work
That's the point of any tool. You have to guide it to do the work, and alot of people dont have that level of finesse to be that consistent
