Medicine
And I'm caught off guard
From hello onwards with you
Cold in the blue light
Clock in your mind
Snatch the broken moment
Numb feet tap tappin'
And you're shovelling it down
Breathe until you don't
You until you're not
Satisfied crawling upside down
And these thoughts are not yours
And it's moving the lasers
A rest is as good as it gets
And it's a good one
Peaches and cream
And the sunshine is mute
And the river is slow today
And we dive in whirling
How can I contain
Why do you control
I know you wanna say more than you can
I know you wanna speak
But something inside won't let you
Sneaky kick
On your way out of the garden
The insects are oblivious
As the medicine floods your veins
How can I contain
Why do you control

I am a simple man. I see Thom Yorke, I click.
hello adam friedland
There's more than one? 😮
me too
So true
Je suis une simple femme...and when I see Thom Yorke , je click aussi!
D'ailleurs, je vais le voir en personne le 15 juillet prochain à Laval (Québec) avec The Smile 💕
Radiohead, portishead, & massive attack vibes all in one.
I’ve never heard about Clark, but thanks to Thom Yorke I’m now a fan!
back in the early 2000s Chris Clark was the best braindance shit, alongside artists like Aphex Twin or Board of Canada
I'm jealous, you are in for a lot of good music if you are just starting to dig into Clark's back catalogue. Body Riddle is brilliant. Clarence Park has "Deisel Raven" and "Bricks", nuff said on that one.
I’ve never heard about thom yorke, but thanks to Clark I now know he looks like the famous twitch streamer limmy
Me too. 💯

This album is one of those things that at first has an unassuming quality, but it slowly unpacks itself and sets up shop in your brain with each passing minute in each passing song. I have no idea how big it ultimately gets.
I also love the scenes in this video of clark sitting, and the overall grainy filtered look of the whole thing.
Exactly like OK Computer?
voices...
Drums by Richard Spaven, great drummer!
The collab of my dreams came true. Thank you Chris and Thom for making this world a better place.
While not technically "collabs," Clark remixed Not the News by Thom, and Thom did a remix of Isolation Theme. You might be aware but in case not just fyi.
We must protect Thom Yorke at all cost.
To late he’s vaccinated 🤪
😂 species at risk
@@briaredpath9386 this is a joke right
everything "featuring thom yorke" became thom yorke's song itself
Almost a decade ago, I was in a relationship with somebody who was super into his music. He showed me lots of interesting artists, Clark among them with Tommy too. Our music taste was so similar and it became really formative for me.
I cannot believe these two artists collabed. The person I mentioned above would be so freaking stoked. I hope you see this Josh and if you do - how fucking wild is this?
"Medicine" debuted at #14 on the New Alternative 40 Chart this week
It's funny how we follow this man like he is a an awesome tv show or something like that, but oh man does it pay off.
Two of the most innovative artists from the past 25 years finally in an epic collab! Absolutely masterful!
I like em both but you seriously need to listen to more music if you think in 25 years these two are what you described.
@@vivena9 and who would you list?
@@vivena9 Actually, Thom Yorke is one of them!
@@lms2932 Listen to old Chris Clark. he's as important to IDM as Squarepusher, or Aphex twin
None can compare to Yorke...
3:30 give me shivers
I love when the drum is off beat
Has that Massive Attack vibe...
Thom Yorke is the best.
richard spaven on drums - freaking crisp as always. a dream collab.
This song connects past to future🪐🫧
In my opinion, this clip will go down in history
dope chord progression in the second half. Sounds spooky as hell
OK, Clark and Thom Yorke making music together. My day is made. ❤
Bonham would be happy. Wow. What an incredible landscape and two UNIQUE voices.. sharing a singular vision..?
Surrealism causing the impact it deserves! Kafka and Brakhage greatly honoured! Ich liebe!
I came to realize Thom now join the Jedi
THOM YORKE I CANT EVEN THE TALENT HERE TOO I ADORE THIS
What an artist. Huge shout from the US. Britain really does produce some talent.
Loving Clark and also other UK experimental electronica acts like
Burial, Aphex Twin, Leftfield, Unkle, Autectre, Massive Attack, Forest Swords, Allflaws
You left out the greatest one of all..Thom Yorke
Surreal
thom is our shaman
Dreamy
I though person on the thumbnail was Thom Yorke and yeah that's Thom Yorke 😂
THIS IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL SONG EVER. i abosulety love the transition in the middle.
The drums and perfussions on this song are amazing!
I think those are from Clark, what do you think?
yeah that last bit is class
@@EdgarVillagme The drums are by Richard Spaven. Another great UK artist. Recommend checking Spaven's albums, if you like this.
made a drum cover for this song :) ::: czcams.com/video/rFjKdQa9bQQ/video.html
Shades of rabbit in your headlights ......love it
yeah was just thinking the same thing. esp wrt percussion. the stumbling is great.
This Thom Yorke guy is going places.
Amazing!!!
The singing, the drums, the atmosphere. Pure emotions.
Fan bloody tastic, Clark and Tom, only seeing this now, two of my faves, yipeeeee
I can't believe that two of the artists I used to listen to separately, while I was thinking about how genius they were, suddenly I find out that they possibly both knew how amazing they were, and because of that recognition, this masterpiece comes out. I love you both, thank you for being the soundtrack of my life!
This song is criminally underrated and unknown.
Clicked randomly on this and found a masterpiece. I'm sure Thom loves this with all his energy
The drums sound incredible
This has been growing on me for days. The textures, the percussion, the jittering or stumbling flow, it's all very captivating. Clark's vocals go really well with Thom Yorke.
I've just recently discovered Clark last month. While I've been listening to Thom Yorkes music for ever since I can remember. I don't believe in coincidence anymore.
I've been a radiohead fan since the bends, and a clark fan for like 10 years strong, great video, gave me massive attack vibes.
Thank you for singing Chris!!! Oh yeah and for the Rubik's cube beets, and love to Thom, a duet. Thank you so much
Who does the drums on it?! So great
Richard Spaven@@chinmeysway
this song just got into my bloodsteam and soul. everything about it is perfect. two of the most talented artists creating a masterpiece.
Stateless reference..? I thought of that song Bloodstream during part of this.
@@NoCZcamsName1 ooo! That’s a clever connection, but I didn’t intentionally make this statement in reference to that song . The stateless song is so beautiful though, I used to listen to it all the time years ago. As a matter of fact you’ve inspired me to find it again. 🙏🏼
I'm addicted, can't quit
Clark, saw you live for the first time in Highland Park last night, but have been a fan for years. The show was amazing and I can’t believe you closed it out with Future Daniel, which is one of my favorites of yours, EVERYONE GO SEE CLARK LIVE IF YOU HAVE THE CHANCE
such a good show. :D
I saw this pop up in my feed and I was like "wait...Clark Clark?? With Thom Yorke??"
2:29 forward is so good. Hits me in the heart and soul.
I remember when Clark was Chris Clark, and the vibe reminds me of 'Empty the bones of you' - I had not felt this way for a long time, thank you man.
Enduring creative spirits sonically relaying the soul’s experience as it rationalizes it’s physical form.
It`s amazing when a collaboration like this finally happens, how identical all the different comments are. We`ve completely lost our individuality thanks to the internet.
Atmospheric! and a big shout out to the director, camera people and editor who nailed the visuals to go with the amazing composition 🎥✌❤
Crazy to ear how voices completes clark's Work! Happy to ear that "next step" into clarks discography. When a genius meet a legend! Congrats.
No wayyyyy. I'm going to set aside some time later to listen to this properly.
Hauntingly fantastic😊😊💃
Such a beautiful song, thanks Thom Yorke for making me discover Clark !
Absolute eargasm… wow… and the visuals. So grateful to have been introduced to Clark through this collab. 🙏
what a mystery charm.
This is Clark, as in 'Growl's Garden' Clark, right? I was soooooooooo into that track back in the day. This Thom Yorke collaboration is outstanding. Love it!!!
yes
Le chant de Clark est d'une sensibilité rare. Je fonds...
When I listened to Thom, I fell in love.
wild man. Real nice.
York adds his characteristic complexity to this tune.
Thank you sirs
I definitely didn't expect this.
Beautiful visual
Fantastic collaboration. They're amazing artists.
I think I’ve been waiting for this collaboration since Clarence Park was released. Thom York is basically an electronic musicians seal of approval. Fantastic.
Two legends at work
Wow
Perfect music for taking my meds.
so hard to meet people that like this kind of music. I only see them in the comments section.
This is gorgeous...
Thanks you Clark for everything
Reminds me of Billy Holiday in the future.
woah Thom Yorke on bass as well
🙏
This song will be our medicine
Clark's work always had a special place in my heart, it is as if experiencing a character that lives in the sound itself, to me this is only achieved by a few.
I have enjoyed getting drip fed songs for this album so much, every new release is kept on replay until the next one arrives. The Thom Yorke collab is just surreal to me, obviously it is beautiful, but in all honesty it is so unexpected that i will stop thinking about it and just appreciate the music.
Beautiful beautiful beautiful work.
The drums on this song is great, thank you guys👏🏻🙏🏻💖✨
UNKLE
The drums on all the album are something vintage and new visiting deja-entendu nooks and crannies of past electronic glories all in a nutshell...bravo
@@mouradsayeh983 Reminds me of old chris clark, or even squarepusher

Strange how songs come out just in time to encapsulate how I feel. Posted at 4321
"The words point to images I took from strange dreams I had, they feel quite elemental to me." Clark, about this song
First heard on #BBC6Music!...Thank u #6music! 🙏🏼🖤
Incredibly mesmerising, euphoric, haunting + 'exactly' what I need right now 💯...right into my Soul 🙏🏼🤍🖤
The BEST collaboration - Clark + Thom Yorke, by far! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼💯💜
c'est trop beau.
It's beautiful
New album is brilliant! Can't wait to see it live next week🎉
This is one person being the entire band, before inviting another band member to join, and becoming them, thus consuming the invitee, and subsequently continuing as the singular band they started as. Although a paradox is created, because you'll never know who the band man is. it could be thom, it could be chris... but either way, the sound will mesmerise your lug pieces
guys I love it and honestly I just hope this song isn’t about that you guys are sick and will eventually die very soon, please don’t disappear thanks luv y’a
OMG PLEASE NO
Thom yorle suddenly collaborates with all my fav artists, and thats good.
Epic
What am I hearing, wooow
So awesome to finally hear you expand your vocal presence on Sus Dog, Chris. Well done, this album was a treat 👏🏼
Those drums though!
I'm just noticing Clark left Warp 4 years ago... End of era 😔
Ou mama! 🤯🤯🤯🤯 that dirty drums pff what a kick!!!!
WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
An artist that gets better with every release. Well done Clark.
i dont agree, body riddle and Empty The Bones of you are real masterpieces, and this is just vocal song, but its really nice anyway.
thom!
Ommmmmg thom Yorke just makes it in another level ❤❤❤
What a beautiful sound and transitions
bless you two.
