Oh Chloe I've had those toffee meringues in the past, they are gorgeous. I take them apart and make sure the toffee cream is on each half and add either slithers of strawberry or banana to each one. It makes me feel like I've got 2 deserts instead of one 😂. That curry looked awesome. Keep your chin up because we all love you and are here for you my sweet. Just to let you know I also get the wholemeal Lebanese flat breads from Asda, they are also an HEB but make sure you pick up the correct ones. Take care. Kind regards Angeline ❤️

@@ChloePhillips_SW Hi Chloe there is also a different bread we can have as a HEX B. In Worcester where I am we can only get it in Sainsbury's, it's the Roberts brand and it's the oatmeal medium sliced 800g loaf and you can have 2 slices. It's £1.35 which is about 3 times the price of Neville's bread but it's nice for a change. I'm even going to do one slice of each, one Robert's and one Neville for sandwiches, cut into triangles would look a bit posh, 😂 lol. Also I've bought the M&S Baked Apple flavoured Skyr yoghurt, it's £2.40 but it's a 450gram pot and just 1.5 syns for the whole lot. Just thought I'd share. Looking forward to your next vlog. I can’t find the barbecue sauce , I used to get it in icelands but they don’t do it any more
If you toast the bread first , you can just put in air fryer for Like 2 minutes to melt the cheese 👍 and doesn't burn (although I too like burnt ham 😂) x

Such a random question but where did you get your bin from?
I'm struggling too, and at work there's nothing but biscuits which are killing me... the smell... i have so far avoided but it was all i could do not to eat a twix. When i came home, even though it was late, i had baked beans, baked spud, brocoli, and my hexa parmasan cheese... a nice big satisfying dinner to smother the ultra processed food cravings... for now. I wonder if its the change in the weather making us want all that upf stuff? I hate it.
It’s so hard isn’t it.. yeah I reckon the weather doesn’t help. Let’s hope we find it easier soon 😁 xxxx

Re ice cream and cold desserts- 1 thing I can't understand is why NOT ONE ice-cream company or supermarket has brought out frozen yoghurts. They used to have them.about 10 years ago I think yoplait did a big tub and it was fabulous and very tasty while mostly being under 100 calories a scoop. I just wonder why they've never taken off. The only places now I ever get frozen yoghurt is those little stalls in bigger shopping centres where u get a little tub with sauces and fresh fruit or chocolate chips, nut otherwise nowhere to be found?

@@ChloePhillips_SWwould love to lol and you'd think there would be a market out there for it. Strangely, only other place I've see it is in a new takeaway type place here in Ireland called Pitta Pit kinda like a taco Bell they do 🌯🥙 burritos etc. They are offering frozen yoghurt but it's TINY hardly 2 tablespoons in it and €5 95!! Ummmm....no thanks. I do live the solero exotic or the new magnum double raspberry which is 230 calories a bar (not sure of the syns as I calorie count on noom) but it is definetly worth it if you've been good 😂
Idea I put the bread spread it into slices and put it in lunch bags,, and put back into bead cover then in freezer
