If you’re new to my channel, my name is Ben Heath. I’m the founder and owner of heathmedia.co.... a marketing agency that offers done-for-you services, coaching and educational resources, all with the objective of delivering exceptional marketing results for our clients and customers.
Over the past 9 years we’ve spent more than £50,000,000 on paid social ad campaigns generating more than £200,000,000 in revenue.
We’ve worked with more than 2,000 businesses directly from all over the world and in just about every niche you can think of. And we’ve helped educate hundreds of thousands of business owners, marketers and entrepreneurs.
    How I got here…
17 yrs old: Started my first business selling wristbands with two school friends. I made $0.
18 yrs old: Started my first ecommerce business selling second hand video games. I made $0.
19 yrs old: Joined a network marketing company (would not recommend it). Was told I’d be rich if I signed up 8 people. I signed up 26 people in 3 months. I made $0.
21 yrs old: Dropped out of Bath University to start an app development company. I made less than $5,000 in 2 years!
23 yrs old: Started Heath Media, my marketing agency. I made $0 for the first 3 years.
26 yrs old: Went all in on building a personal brand within the marketing space. I passed $100k/year.
28 yrs old: My personal brand allowed me to attract the best talent in the world. Heath Media became an industry leading Meta ads agency, with an exceptional team and an excellent reputation. We crossed $1m/year.
31 yrs old: Today I teach over 800,000 business owners, marketers and entrepreneurs how to get insane results with digital marketing. Heath Media is a 50+ team of world class talent, working directly with over 400 clients every year. We’ve now crossed the $5m/year mark.
To all the struggling marketers and entrepreneurs… I was an entrepreneur for 9 years before I could even pay the bills with my own business. 5 years after that I have more success and more fun than I could have ever dreamed of.
It takes perseverance, analysis and learning from the right person.
If you took the time to read this far, you have what it takes to crush it with your marketing.
I hope to help you speed up that journey and come along for the ride.
    Keep going,
    Ben

I like this video , but i have a comment on that
Usually when we create a campaign we walk through a path , i mean "buyer journey" and that happens only in retargeting
When i create this way may client will show the offer first or even don't see other path
You know what I mean , there is no retarget guaranteed that I'll walk with a customer in his journey
    Finally, it's a great idea 💡 👍

Hi Ben, thanks for the wonderful content you produce! After running my first omni-preset campaign for a few days, the Facebook Audience Fragmentation rule kicked in and deactivated 11 of 12 ad sets and rolled the budget into the one active ad set. Around mid-day when I noticed this happened, I flipped the 11 ad sets back on and evenly redistributed the budget. FB AI did not like this and promptly suspended my account. Fortunately, an appeal got it quickly turned back on. My questions are; are you disabling the Facebook Audience Fragmentation rule when running omni-present campaigns, and have you ever seen an account suspended for "undoing" consolidation from an audience fragmentation rule?

    Hello Ben,
Thanks a lot for the valuable conten.
I have a question, what if the whole ad sets appeared all together in the first day and didn't show up on the other 6 days, because you do not have control on the ads, you said 2 ad sets will occur in the first day then 2 in the next day, I think this will not work like this because you have not told Facebook to do this, am I right?
On more question, you also do not have control on the appearance of the ad sets, the CTA might show up before the value or testimonial ads.
My point is it might show up randomly

If I may answer, you need to build a KLT bridge page: a Know-Like-Trust landing page for the first three ad types. On this KLT page you make a big scroll down landing page with loads of information about you and your product or service with best-performing content like videos, infographics and added value content. The only purpose of this page is to get people to consume more of this content to build the KLT factors and then take the next action - go to your product or service.

    1. We normally create multiple adsets when to show ads to different set of audience. As per your approach, all ads are shown to same set of audience. What should be the approach when we have different audience?

You will need to change the ads and create new after about 6 months. They usually take that long to fatigue because people aren’t seeing the same Ads that often.

Hi Ben, I really love your videos. They’re straight to point and easy to understand.
Question: if I’m using custom audiences for this method, is it the same as retargeting campaign? Can I create a retargeting campaign using this same method?
But it seems like this method is only good for warm audiences that have never purchased from you. Is this a way of nurturing your warm audience? Should we exclude custom audiences that have purchased from us already?

    This is gold!
Though, I have a question or two.
    1. I didn't test yet, but I'm pretty sure my warm audience is too small and fragmanted over different markets/countries languages. So, a mix of warm and cold is the audience. Usually I make our campaigns in 4 languages and Meta has its quirks to what image types and languages work together... Would it work to make this type of campaign in Multiple language mode?
    2. Or is it best to make 48 ads in 4 campaigns - which also makes the warm audience even smaller.
    3. Our products are not expensive, but I would like to grow awareness on our brand - is it reason enough to make this type of campaign?

actually with all of the awareness ads, do you include linking (buttons) to your website, or should links be left out of awareness ads entirely?

    Hi Ben,
Thanks for this amazing strategy! I have a few questions i hope you can give me an answer :)
You recommend an audience between 50.000 and 100.000. Why is that? Can it be lower?
We tried with a client which audience size was estimated 25.000, but after 31 days ads manager said we had a reach on 35.000. How can that be? I tried asking Facebook, but they didn't really have a good explanation.

    • @BenHeath
      @BenHeath  Před rokem

Great video, thank you! One question though. If there is an audience of lets say 70k, and my daily reach is 1.4k (2.8k for 2 ads), how will the algorithm understand that it has to show my other ads to the same people? Because if it doesn't, there is a chance other ads will be shown to different random people throughout this audience that didn't even see the first videos?... hope it makes sense) Or should I increase the budget then, to have a bigger daily reach number? I hope Ben or someone will help figure this out, Cheers!

Yes you can use this in that industry. I wouldn't worry about overlapping audiences. That's kind of the point and an Omnipresent Content campaign would only help your conversion campaigns that are more short term focused (if that's what you are running alongside)

Hi Ben, thanks for this. I'd love to know this: if you do 1 impression every 6 days, there won't be any sequencing going on right? Meaning that people can see a value added ad, AND a CTA ad on the same day, right? Wouldn't people that see my CTA ad first be a bit flustered? What I mean is, is sequencing not the better solution then, or am I seeing this 1 impr. every 6 days wrong? Thanks for the help, really appreciate your content.

    • @BenHeath
      @BenHeath  Před rokem +1

I think you are overthinking it there. People aren’t going to go through a perfect sequence. We’re trying to create an overall effect of showing up frequently with value.
You could turn the CTA ads on a few days after the others if you want but after that first week it won’t make any difference.
      I wouldn’t worry about it :)

Hey Ben! Absolutely love your videos and work. My question are about AD FATIGUE and SUCCESS MEASUREMENT?
In this format, what are the key indicators that you look for what yours ads are starting to fatigue? Is it an increase in CPM or a decrease in engagement rate, or drop off in conversions (even though it is a reach is the objective)?
Secondarily, what do you measure the success of your campaigns on? For example if you were looking at increasing purchases, would you measure success against the campaign omnipresent campaign OR try to measure incremental increase in purchases at an ad account level?
Thanks again for your videos. Love you work :)

I choose Sales Campaign, but it does not allow me to control the frequency of impression. On the other hand, If I choose the awareness campaign, it does not allow me to add call-to-action which is very important for last Ad set product offer.

    • @BenHeath

    • @BenHeath
      @BenHeath  Před rokem

The problem with that is Meta will favour one over the other and give 95% of the impressions to one. Separate ad sets is the way to go. You could create more ad sets though. Just depends how much work you want to do upfront vs over time.
