    *Ingredients:*
    For Vanilla Batter:
    - 1/2 cup milk
    - 1/2 cup curd (yogurt)
    - 3/4 cup powdered sugar
    - 1/3 cup refined oil
    - 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
    - 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    - 2 tablespoons cornstarch
    - 1 teaspoon baking powder
    - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    - 1 pinch salt
    For Red Velvet Batter:
    1/3rd of Vanilla Batter
    Cocoa Powder (light) - 1 Tsp
    Red Gel Food Colour - 5-6 drops
    *Instructions:*
    1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) for 10-15 minutes.
    2. Grease a standard-size loaf mould with oil.
    3. In a bowl, combine the wet ingredients - milk, curd, powdered sugar, refined oil, and vanilla essence.
    4. Sift together the adjusted amount of all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt directly into the bowl with the wet ingredients.
    5. Mix the wet and dry ingredients until well combined.
    6. Take 1/3rd of the vanilla batter and transfer it to another bowl.
    7. In the separate bowl, add a few drops of red food color and 1 teaspoon of light cocoa powder to the 1/3rd vanilla batter.
    8. Mix well until the color is evenly distributed.
    9. In a standard-size loaf mold, alternately add 1 ladle of vanilla batter and 1 ladle of red velvet batter until all the batter is used.
    10. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees celsius or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
    11. After cooling, carefully demould the cake and transfer them to wire rack to cool completely.
