I would pay lots of money to watch every high level chef on the planet do this segment. Watching them create on the fly without the time crunch or competition of cooking shows is really amazing. Watching them figure out ingredients in almost real time is so freaking cool

If I did this challenge, it'd be like "Well, we're going to starve - you seem to not have any Kraft mac & cheese. How do you live?" I love that the guy used like three grains (?) of salt and Noah's face twitched because he likes giant man-hands full of salt and oil in all his dishes.

@@dontpanicpantry I imagine there's worse than a few days around here, even if the weather is a bit meh! I mean, you don't seem like a surfer as such, but anything water-related is excellent, plus all the volcanoes incl really awesome long volcano day hikes i.e. Tongariro Crossing - pretty sweet! And nice wine and fusion foods, which I'm sure you managed to locate. Even better: Food with a good vista! :)
