He found out no such zoning designation, and I just found out why. If they foreclose on your realestate or residential property, they sell it and most places keep the remainder of the sale as a punishment for not paying taxes. If it was zoned legally as "personal property" the US Constitution kicks in via 5th amendment which says "private property [shall not] be taken for public use, without just compensation." They couldn't get away with taking without paying full(just compensation) price for the property if it was zoned "private property". Pretty slick if you ask me!

You're f*#king up going into tenant spaces (that means anybody's office) and recording. If they tell you to stop recording, you have to stop. Lobbies, entrances, hallways, corridors, and auditoriums are where you can record without permission. Any tenant space (meaning anybody's office) is just like a courtroom. The tenant controlling that space determines what you can and can't do in it.
Youre wrong Im in a publicly accessible area . They are truly waiting for me to mess up and arrest me. They would never let me mess up and let me go free.
@@AuditingAmerica Your internet law degree is going to get you convicted. A PUBLIC courtroom is also PUBLICLY ACCESSIBLE. You think you can record in a courthouse if the judge says you can't? The law makes no distinctions between types of tenant spaces. An office is identical to a courtroom in the eyes of the law. Just because somebody lets you go only proves most government employees are not familiar with the law. That's why most try and stop people from recording in non-tenant areas. In my state the law says "It is unlawful for any person through the use of any device without the consent of all persons observed to observe, photograph or record another individual in a private place and out of public view." And the courts have long declared offices are a place where people have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Just like you can walk into a public restroom, it is absolutely a place where people have a reasonable expectation of privacy. A few years ago a deputy in Clayton County, GA, Alicia Parkes, recorded a coworker talking in a public restroom. She took a plea deal for 3 years probation. The law regards courtrooms, restroom, offices and all other such places as tenant spaces created so people have a reasonable expectation of privacy. You're going to end up with a criminal conviction if you keep behaving like offices of public officials are not where people have a reasonable expectation of privacy.
@@AuditingAmerica You actually believe that? Have you actually read Title 41, Section 102-74.420 of the Code of Federal Regulation or your own state's similar law? It's apparent you haven't. When you do you'll see the phrase "tenant agency." In the case of a courtroom, the "tenant agency" is whatever court occupies the room. In the case of a tax assessors office, the "tenant agency" is the tax assessor. That federal law and your state's law do not differentiate between courtrooms and any other tenant spaces. Are you honestly so stupid that you think you can walk up beside someone and record them while they're getting a license in the DMV just because a clerk's counter is in a large room where people sit and wait? I learned this stuff at the UT Knoxville College of Law. I'm retired now, but I was good enough at what I did to retire at 50. Where's your law degree from? Google? But you go on into somebody's office, record them, have they tell you to stop, you refuse, and watch what happens when you step into the office of somebody who actually knows the law as well as I do. The biggest problems with you auditors is you believe the crap other auditors tell you. I cited the law for you to read for yourself. Every state has a law almost identical to the federal law. But you think just because you can turn a doorknob and walk into someone's office that you can do whatever you want to in there. Apparently you're too stupid to notice that the federal law does NOT differentiate between ANY tenant spaces. It does not differentiate between courtrooms and other tenant spaces. If ANY entity controls the space, it is a place where people have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Exactly what are you relying on that makes you believe courtrooms are somehow different than other tenant spaces?
Those people were nice enough and respectful of you. It is however unfortunate that they have no moral objection to forcing others to pay them via coercion.
putting someone inside for not paying taxes is stupid. It costs more to hold a prisoner. I have never licencesd a dog in my life, never will. What's next, a yearly licence for having a kid.

Great video, thanks..I appreciate AA's calm demeanor....It would be interesting to find out how many people have successfully gotten their tax waived. who and why...I'm just assuming it's not the poor, I hope I'm wrong.
i swear to God i though i was gonna see a dead spirit roam the halls
Driver´s dog licenses?????
@ 8:40 welcome to the land of the free...lol
See you really don't own anything because they can just take it!
But people don't want to realize that. Like Vladimir Putin says, the chicken thinks she owns her eggs.
LMFAO 🤣🤣🤣 from 2:53 to 3:13 were yous talking about *Dogs???*
or *Public officials and Citizens* who don't know how to behave when there's a camera ...

Like the videos but wheres the HD? 720p at least
Has Donald been to pay his taxes 😂😂😂😂
you dont pay , if you have ELODIAL TITLE ONLY
Notice it is all classified as "Residential or Commercial Property". Some guy went in to want his fully owned personal residence zoned as "private property".
Don't ask too many easy questions, you will confuse the desk slug.
Actually The Government can’t put you in Jail for not paying Taxes it was decided by the Supreme Court two times but when does The Government care about the law never
You only go to prison if you defraud the tax system. If you physically don't have the money to pay them.. You don't go to prison.
@@SWFloridaAccountability , there is no money, just hidden tax debt counterfeit fiat currency, thats why the constitution says to coin money in gold and silver, even printing gold and silver certificates is a stretch to redeem them for gold or silver, to own property you must go through the Bureau of Land Mgmt. to get Allodial Title via Land Patent.
Pay your taxes or go to jail. This women.needs your tax money..she not making enough on dallas street.
I have a question, I am blogger for CZcams in Spanish I was recording video inside a gas station and they say that I can’t film video inside is this correct? Or no? I think is freedom of press? Or am I wrong?
A gas station would be considered private property. Anything that is funded by the public youre allowed to record . Except in some courts
You can video record the gas station from the sidewalk all you want
Thank you about that information, I am new American citizen and I want to know my rights, thank you for post this education videos and showhow our rights are violated

Right to Record court rooms are different . Anywehere else you may.

Without TRUE allodial title you never really own your home and land and it can be taken from you.

That seems promising 🖕
Great audit. Nice work.
First !!
Those people were nice enough and respectful of you. It is however unfortunate that they have no moral objection to forcing others to pay them via coercion.
that lady wow
putting someone inside for not paying taxes is stupid. It costs more to hold a prisoner. I have never licencesd a dog in my life, never will. What's next, a yearly licence for having a kid.
Don't give them any ideas.
When I was a young fella living in Australia the government started talk ping about a cow fart tax due to methane emissions adding to global warming. That shit was shut down real quick by the beef industry lobbyists.
