I been wanting to do an appeal for a decade now. I’m sure no one does it. If everyone would do it, then perhaps things would be different.

@@Itisfinished. The UK constitution is unwritten. It,is a sum of laws and principles that make up the country's body politic. This is sometimes referred to as an "unwritten" or uncodified constitution. The British constitution primarily draws from four sources: statute law, common law, parliamentary conventions, and works of authority.
In fact the US constitution draws oin the SAME sources from before their written one and is also informed today by interpretations in other jurisdictions
. In the 19th century, A. V. Dicey, a highly influential constitutional scholar and lawyer, wrote of the twin pillars of the British constitution in his classic work Introduction to the Study of the Law of the Constitution (1885). These pillars are the principle of Parliamentary sovereignty and the rule of law. Parliamentary sovereignty means that Parliament is the supreme law-making body: its Acts are the highest source of English law. There has been some academic and legal debate as to whether the Acts of Union 1707 place limits on parliamentary supremacy

They only introduced property tax in Ireland for the first time in 50 years. They did it because of an economic collapse and they didnt have 100 billion plus to pay the debt. the Debt was 120% of GDP lent Ireland 57 Billion on condition they brought in property tax and cut government expenditure by 16 billion and salaries by 15% That was ten years ago. SPain and Greece suffered similar finance problems. then years later Ireland is the fastest growing economy in europe and the debt is 64% of GDP.
I wonder will they get rid of the property tax?

Hi evryone, I'm from Quebec Canada and the way the government are making us pay taxes is by forcing us into SERVITUDE . Municipal act of Ontario states that all municipalities are considered a Corporation,a body corporate in law. Further to this it is declared through the statutory powers that the inhabitants of the municipality are incorporated into the body corporate and thereby owe a duty and obligation to the enactments and regulations.
    Ontario municipal act;
"Municipality " means a geographic area whose INHABITANTS ARE INCORPORATED

Our CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT under section 7 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms has been limited and abridged by this statutory power. The council and the interaction they take with us are subjected to the Charter of Human rights and freedoms as clearly indicated in the Supreme Judgment..
    See Slaight Communication Inc.v.Davidson [1989] I SCR.1038,1989...
Standing under my full legal capacity I'm starting to exercise my Rights and Freedoms that are preserved for us into the Constitution Act of Canada 1982 ,because the Constitution Act of Canada is the expression of the ICCPR and ICESPR ( all states parties that signed, are obligated to ensure protection of are inalienable, absolute, natural rights and freedoms) even the US. I think in all fairness the “no cell phones” sign meant more to the effect of “don’t come in with the phone against your head talking to somebody else while supposedly conducting city business”. And I agree with that. I see it all the time in shipping and receiving. People are on the phone talking to their girlfriends or whoever and not paying attention to the business at hand. Peoples time is valuable and I would rather them not waste mine while I wait in line behind some dope who’s talking on the phone-not getting his paperwork done.
I think they did it absolutely. They treated you with respect and your questions directly and were friendly at all times. A rarity these days! Seems like city and state workers and even postal workers believe they are our owners and we are not to bark in public. It’s really quite sickening. But it’s very refreshing to see a Townhall act this way.
By the way it almost looks like that building used to be a school. There were the old style green slate chalkboards in every room. That’s a bitch and the way the house looked as you walk down them. Reminded me of schools I have been to. They just have a certain look the way the tiles in the cement walls are colored and shaped. I enjoyed that video and enjoyed that building.

The private bank calling itself the Federal Reserve, took over America in 1913. Two years later in 1915 they implemented "Voluntary" Income Taxes to help pay for WW1 with the promise of removing these "Voluntary" income taxes after the war was over. In 1915 "Income" was defined as - Monies earned from investments. No ones wages were viewed as "Investments"... The tax was aimed at people who had money to make money, tax their profits from investing their money. Your life energy, your blood, your sweat, your effort, your paycheck is not "Income"..its a wage you agree to trade your life energy for. Today "income" is viewed by the government as every single penny you recieve for any reason at all.. Income Taxes are still 100% Voluntary but it will cost you over 1 million$ in legal fees and 10+ years of your life in and out of Federal Prisons to prove it to the Government.
    - An ex IRS agent discussed the best way to fight these illegal income taxes if you decide to take on the beast - "Tell the IRS you would be happy to pay these income taxes if they can show what law obligates you to do so." - The IRS cant show the law because there isnt one. It operates on 90% bluff and 10% show of force.

Notice it is all classified as "Residential or Commercial Property". Some guy went in to want his fully owned personal residence zoned as "private property".
He found out no such zoning designation, and I just found out why. If they foreclose on your realestate or residential property, they sell it and most places keep the remainder of the sale as a punishment for not paying taxes. If it was zoned legally as "personal property" the US Constitution kicks in via 5th amendment which says "private property [shall not] be taken for public use, without just compensation." They couldn't get away with taking without paying full(just compensation) price for the property if it was zoned "private property". Pretty slick if you ask me!

@@SWFloridaAccountability , there is no money, just hidden tax debt counterfeit fiat currency, thats why the constitution says to coin money in gold and silver, even printing gold and silver certificates is a stretch to redeem them for gold or silver, to own property you must go through the Bureau of Land Mgmt. to get Allodial Title via Land Patent.

You're f*#king up going into tenant spaces (that means anybody's office) and recording. If they tell you to stop recording, you have to stop. Lobbies, entrances, hallways, corridors, and auditoriums are where you can record without permission. Any tenant space (meaning anybody's office) is just like a courtroom. The tenant controlling that space determines what you can and can't do in it.

@@AuditingAmerica Your internet law degree is going to get you convicted. A PUBLIC courtroom is also PUBLICLY ACCESSIBLE. You think you can record in a courthouse if the judge says you can't? The law makes no distinctions between types of tenant spaces. An office is identical to a courtroom in the eyes of the law. Just because somebody lets you go only proves most government employees are not familiar with the law. That's why most try and stop people from recording in non-tenant areas. In my state the law says "It is unlawful for any person through the use of any device without the consent of all persons observed to observe, photograph or record another individual in a private place and out of public view." And the courts have long declared offices are a place where people have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Just like you can walk into a public restroom, it is absolutely a place where people have a reasonable expectation of privacy. A few years ago a deputy in Clayton County, GA, Alicia Parkes, recorded a coworker talking in a public restroom. She took a plea deal for 3 years probation. The law regards courtrooms, restroom, offices and all other such places as tenant spaces created so people have a reasonable expectation of privacy. You're going to end up with a criminal conviction if you keep behaving like offices of public officials are not where people have a reasonable expectation of privacy.

    • @righttorecord3538

@@AuditingAmerica You actually believe that? Have you actually read Title 41, Section 102-74.420 of the Code of Federal Regulation or your own state's similar law? It's apparent you haven't. When you do you'll see the phrase "tenant agency." In the case of a courtroom, the "tenant agency" is whatever court occupies the room. In the case of a tax assessors office, the "tenant agency" is the tax assessor. That federal law and your state's law do not differentiate between courtrooms and any other tenant spaces. Are you honestly so stupid that you think you can walk up beside someone and record them while they're getting a license in the DMV just because a clerk's counter is in a large room where people sit and wait? I learned this stuff at the UT Knoxville College of Law. I'm retired now, but I was good enough at what I did to retire at 50. Where's your law degree from? Google? But you go on into somebody's office, record them, have they tell you to stop, you refuse, and watch what happens when you step into the office of somebody who actually knows the law as well as I do. The biggest problems with you auditors is you believe the crap other auditors tell you. I cited the law for you to read for yourself. Every state has a law almost identical to the federal law. But you think just because you can turn a doorknob and walk into someone's office that you can do whatever you want to in there. Apparently you're too stupid to notice that the federal law does NOT differentiate between ANY tenant spaces. It does not differentiate between courtrooms and other tenant spaces. If ANY entity controls the space, it is a place where people have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Exactly what are you relying on that makes you believe courtrooms are somehow different than other tenant spaces?
