You guys are great! I lost my grandma at a very young age so my aunt taught me how to make burek. Its so sweet that she wants to teach the younger generations.
This makes me really miss my baba. She was a WIZARD in her kitchen. She would make old traditional dishes like Mlinci and Snitzle, the best roasted peppers with garlic, and pasulj. I wish she was still here so I could get her to write all her recipes out for me. Thank you so much for your videos. It's so heartwarming to see you cooking with baba, and the recipes are fantastic! I'm Slovenian and my granny used to prepare burek exactly as you've demonstrated it, down to the T, it's so lovely to see how Balkan has one and the same culture, no matter the country, Balkan rocks! I love Baba she is amaaazing and so funny! Also my mom would do the the potatoes on the feet with socks in warmed vinegar thingy, whenever we had cold as kids hahah laughed so hard when I heard that! Love your videos!! I cracked sooo hard when Baba said "Special moja masina" hahaha
