@@rabbitcivil8382 The PCP prescribed some iron pills for me. I quit my job and cooked more nutrious food rich in iron. Food is medicine. That's it.

@@GMarieBehindTheMask girl I'm in California and I have PPO plan through Aetna they still ignore my symptoms they bill $$$$$$ my insurance but I get to die slowly day by day I am worse my mouth and ability to think fast is the only thing hasn't slowed they want me to die

@@GMarieBehindTheMask only treatment so far iron pills 324mg ferrous sulfate you dont need prescription you can buy over counter I suggest ferrous fumurate bc it contains more of elemental iron and body absorbs better I was on ferrous sulfate 324 mg 3 times a day thats alot. And now my hemoglobin went from a 7 to 11 but iron levels severely low make sure you don't consume alot of calcium when taking iron suplemets or your body wont receive it plus Vitamin C drinks only and lots of fruits high in vitamin C for proper absorption to iron dont drink coffe after taking iron or you won't receive it. My oxygen saturatio% is down in the 50% range when I walk to my car I can barely get dressed and if I do go somewhere it's a day I might die so I don't go anywhere

i have bronchiectasis, rheumatoid arthritis, bleed intestines/ i tract? sometimes acute. i get given the brown tablet but I get given antibiotics whereby can't have iron tablets. badly out of breath at times

Over the counter ferrous fumurate pills get you some and in 3 weeks you should see and improvemet rest if you must don't over due yourself when you are out of breatg its because you lackimg proper oxygen levels and you could have a heart attack like I did caused by severe anemia
