Thank you for this!!! My 11 year old daughter was having fatigue, achey legs and said her back hurt. She said her kids vitamins helped her feel a bit better. So that made me think it was a vitamin deficiency. Started looking and found your video. Sounded like she had a B12 deficiency so I got her some, she started taking it and is feeling like a regular 11 year again. Thank you so much for sharing this video 💜

Thank you! Re: pica: eating clay, dirt, pebbles: perhaps these patients bodies are actually “looking for” the beneficial effects of bentonite clay, or activated charcoal, zeolite, lignite, etc. 🌞🌱🔥🌋 (& You know, People pay big bucks to use clay packs, mud baths, etc., at spas worldwide.) As well, perhaps their bodies need minerals, especially those from volcanic soils. (& Ignaceous pebbles?) Heaven knows, our farm soils are VERY depleted!

Hi John, I love your videos. Please talk about the underlying causes of pernicious anemia and how to distinguish between Pernicious Anemia and regular B12 deficiency. There is little info about this in the world!!

Hemoglobin can been high normal range and still have B12 anemia. Also carbon monoxide exposure can cause functional hypoxia. Please include that in your teaching. And other anemias. Guessing more then one can occur at same time. Thx for explaining how body changes to adapt. Increased sympathetic heart and respiratory and I agree, very disappointing having not had much help. Seems most Drs confused about hypoxia and anemias

What about spoon nails or flaking, splitting nails? Poor healing for iron deficiency? Also - discuss the wide range of normal lab values that may not serve well as low for one person may be normal for others.
