- Explore Luxury Living in Chiang Mai: An Inside Look at a Spacious $4,000/month Home
Join Simon from Perfect Homes as he introduces a luxurious property in Chiang Mai that redefines spacious living. For those accustomed to city life in places like Singapore or Hong Kong, where $4,000 might fetch a modest condo, this Chiang Mai home offers an extraordinary alternative. Featuring five bedrooms and five bathrooms, and not to forget, a delightful swimming pool graced by a charming duck, this house is a true gem in the local real estate market.
The tour, expertly guided by Miss Pang, starts with the impressive outdoor amenities including a well-maintained pool area complete with a shower and toilet facilities for convenience. Inside, the home spans 460 square meters and boasts a grand living area with a plush sofa set opposite a large TV, ideal for family gatherings or a cozy day in. Adjacent to this is a dining area that comfortably seats ten, surrounded by elegant wooden furniture and excellent lighting.
Miss Bang introduces the bar area, a perfect spot for preparing drinks, though she admits to preferring coffee over wine, adding a personal touch to the tour. The house also features a secondary main kitchen, equipped with high-end appliances including an air fryer and a gas stove, ideal for culinary enthusiasts.
Upstairs, the spacious vibe continues with several bedrooms that offer flexible living spaces-easily convertible into offices or entertainment rooms. Each room highlights the home's modern amenities and stylish design, accommodating up to fourteen people, making it perfect for large families or hosting guests.
Simon and Miss Bang discuss the potential of renting this property either for residential purposes or as a lucrative Airbnb venture. They emphasize the scarcity of high-end properties in Chiang Mai and the strong demand from both retirees and young people seeking luxury accommodations. The proximity to the airport and the ease of access to the city center are also significant advantages.
In conclusion, this video tour not only showcases the features of this $4,000/month property but also dives into the lifestyle and opportunities it offers in Chiang Mai. For those interested in upscale living or investing in rental properties in an emerging market, this home presents a compelling option.

" It's mainstream TV 📺 for you next "
Really entertaining presentation 👏💯
Good price. Is it rented?
Really nice house that, thanks guy!
thanks as always!
how do you come up with these silly prices , for Thailand , I thought at this price it would be for the whole street ,
I tend to agree this is slightly over priced but sometimes it takes the owner a little time to test the waters and then adjust accordingly. But there is a high demand for high end property here in Chiang Mai.
Wow!! Nice but out of my budget
Don't worry most of us cannot afford this one! It is special though!
Ridiculous $2000 would be a lot for that
this... 4k come on people.
agreed, been living in thai for almost 15 years before move back to EU, I can assure you this kind of house in Chiang mai will not cost more than 1000-1700$ max. But ofc those agent need to make a living as well 😂
As always thank you for your thoughts and comments! Let's see if it rents or not, if not then the owner will need to walk the price down.
Well remember the agents do not get paid if the property does not get rented. But owners will always aim high and then hopefully walk the price down if the demand is not there. Remember it is the renters that set the markets not the agents.
Thank you for your thoughts and comments.
thailand must be a very expensive place. I get one of these in paraguay for less than 1k dollars a month.
Wow this that would be around 35,000 Baht a month here, you certainly cannot get them like this at this price. How is living in Paraguay? I guess it must be amazing?
@@perfecthomeschiangmai It is amazing, deppending of what are you looking for. Probably woke people would not agree, except for cheap prices all around. Im looking to be as far away from them and their police state as i can, so it is.
@@estergym5083 so do you live in a city or outside in rural areas? it sounds fascinating!
@@perfecthomeschiangmai Im currently living in the city of Encarnacion, one bridge away from Posadas, Argentina.
Sir…… you’re SERIOUSLY gonna get others ripped off if you’re advertising that for 4k lmao
This for $4,000 a month in Chiang Mai, $2000 you have a lot better my friend... With a huge garden and everything looks 10 times better hahahhahaha
I tend to agree this is slightly over priced but sometimes it takes the owner a little time to test the waters and then adjust accordingly. But there is a high demand for high end property here in Chiang Mai - Also this property is five minutes to the airport and quick to the old city there is a good chance this will be a commercial rental and then be on the short term rental market.
Have seen dozens of. Properties in Bangkok Chiangmai and Pattaya 80% is over priced Another 1997 like crash is coming Buyer beware Dont buy anything for 3 years Global crash at least 30 trillion
so badly shot you don't know what's you're getting!
thank you for your thoughts and comments we are always looking for ways to improve our property tours.
nice house but overpriced for sure. Chiang Mai is getting crazy!! with 4000, you can get a decent house in the US too. lol
