This condo doesn't float my boat nor does the area although I don't plan on driving and being within walking distance to shops etc is a selling point.

One bedroom has walls and a door. This condo is a studio.

I'd appreciate a vlog on the strengths and gaps in the different area's in Chiang Mai. I'm very familiar with the Chiang Klahn district however sketchy on all the other districts you've shown in your property vlogs. I'm still pondering ' to buy or rent' the pro's and cons. Any hints?

a little overpriced for an older building with zero amenities. Also, the layout is a bit weird with the second bedroom having a private bathroom. Nice touches with the island and dining area and study but the bedrooms look really dated with the wooden closets and murals.

Nice video, and very nice Condo. But I'm not a fan of the master bathroom being used as a guest bathroom. What amenities does the Building have? You didn't show them. Also, could this unit be rented??

Very nice!! Love the owners remodel choices. The kitchen/bathrooms would feel right at home for US expats 4sure.👍🏻 Unfortunately we're waiting a bit longer for my wife to retire, or finish her online English teaching class(my SSDI income is a bit short of visa req). But, we definitely thank y'all for these wonderful condo videos and we'll hopefully be reaching out to you for assistance, as soon as we can make the move.

I don't really think $550 is what you would call budget friendly,especially for an older condo,also you missed one of the most important details,ie internet,although I may have missed this due to being distracted by cute Miss Lena.
