6,000 feet in 9 Miles: Rivian on Silver Canyon Road to White Mountain and Bristlecone Forest

Driving the 2022 Rivian R1T Quad Motor up the very steep Silver Canyon Road outside Bishop CA to the White Mountain Trailhead and exploring the Ancient Bristlecone Pine Forest. Started the route from the Bishop Rivian Adventure Network fast charger with 85% charge, dropped to 55% getting to the high altitude White Mountain Trailhead, but only lost another 4% over the 39 miles down to Big Pine, ending at 51% SOC.

Fun vid. Were there any sections that challenged the Rivian at all? Or was it mostly (reasonably) maintained dirt road all the way up?

It was definitely really rocky and steep, the truck handled it no problem, but I wouldn't want to try it in a less capable vehicle. It's not rock crawling though, just steep.
