Todd, this was outstanding! What amazing, happy, beautiful, friendly, good hearted people. What a big project you guys have ahead of you. I wish more than anything I could be the to help. I have alot of years in the building trades. Would be amazing to learn how the locals do things. That was an amazing evening. At the neighbor's, I mean. The song was great too. Prinecwas an excellent writer,,I think on par with Dylan,,just not as prolific. The drone shots were great too. I love how the Mekong looks right now. Ummm, now the important part,,,lmao. I want to reserve the wooden room or the green room as my bedroom. Just make sure there is a proper shitter nearby. Lol I joke of course. You guys have to do what you need to do with the restaurant. I've kinda felt that it might have closed fow a few weeks now. Clues ,Mate, clues. Lol. Dont let anyone guilt trip you and Neenee ,for stepping back for a minute. It will be good for you guys do do something different. Can't wait to see the progress, and to see more of the new neighborhood. You guys take care,,,Ttyl,,,Marlon

Hi Ian, its not the weather mate, its the bloody dams! 😠 it should be much higher than this at this time of year.
Yeah, things are tough all over. Hope everything works out for ya mate 🙏

@@NowinLao Todd is spot on. The Chinese keep their dams upriver to max capacity and do not let the water flow downstream like before. I think it was 2 years ago when Thailand and Laos were suffering drought conditions but there had been loads of rain in China and they made the deliberate choice not to allow more flow on the Mekong. The dams are creating a stranglehold on the river that is incredibly worrying.

We have gone 9 months without guests. The business will come back mate. I have no doubt. You are doing the right thing. The staff have to understand that you can't keep it going. I'd hate to see it close for good and your customers will come back. We all just need a little time. Keep the faith bro

That’s too bad the restaurant looked so successful, hope everything picks up.
If you don’t mind, how much for the house and property, approximately of course, looks nice. Great location, I’m looking to buy and build myself

Hey Ting, thanks. Yeah things will pick up again once borders open to tourists. In the video I give a link to the original video when they showed it to us. There is 2 parts. At the end of part 2 I give the asking price of this place and the others we looked at that day. We bought this place for nowhere near the asking price 😉👍

Todd, Question: Do you ever have your drone just crash on its own? I'm not talking about operator error. A buddy of mine has a drone & he says it has a mind of its own??? Loved the video. Business can force hard decisions sometimes. All the best.

No. All times my fault 😏
Flying too close to internet and radio towers does weird things to the signal, and be sure never too launch it off concrete with re-bar. This will stuff with your gps. Be well away from anything metal when starting. Not saying that his problem but its all something I keep in mind now through experience and close calls 😉
