Thank you. My husband woke up Thursday feeling elephant on his chest and brain fog. History of 2 strokes, PFO, high BP, family history of high BP, etc. Angioplasty was clear but Troponin went from 20-397 by evening and they found other abnormalities of his heart. Resident said without blockage, there is no heart attack but I wasn’t convinced. Came upon this term in my research. Will follow up with a Cardiologist ASAP.
