I gave my exam on 30th march and after 2 days i got the email that "your id was not clear resubmit your id" , I resubmitted my id multiple time but all time i got the e-mail that your id verification is unable so what can i do?

I am sorry to hear about that.
If you have done this process multiple times, I would advise you to reach out to their support team by chat and explain them the scenario.
I am pretty sure that they might have an alternate way by which you can submit your ID.
You can reach out to them from the DET website. There should be a help button on the bottom right of the page.

If yes, do you have international transaction activated?
How can i download the duolingo app in my pc? Or is it ok to take a test in Google chrome?

I would recommend giving test on their app. Mainly because there are less issues of test getting interrupted in the middle.

Hello brother I have a Duolingo account more than 2, used a different e-mail and practice however when booking the test I made a new email and booked from there is that going to be a problem?

It is always recommended that you use single account right from the start. But if you are able to book a test. Make sure that no changes are done after that, and you should be good.

Please, could i use the virtual keyboard of my laptop during the DET real test ? Cause the manual one doesn't work. My test will be certificated, according to the fact that we are not allowed to use another program when taking the test ?

Can you elaborate more on what do you mean when you say virtual keyboard?
if you are taking about the touchscreen laptop and using virtual keyboard that appears on screen, then your camera movements will keep happening and which could lead to Invalidation.
If you are talking about an additional keyboard, then you should be fine with that.
I'm not talking about touchsreen. In fact some keys of my laptop's keyboard are not working and when writing, i usually recommand the virtual keyboard through the settings and it appears on the screen.
I would strongly recommend using external keyboard or borrow someones laptop for test.
The reason is same as I mentioned above that if you use the touchscreen virtual keyboard, you'll have too many camera movements which could be suspicious to the proctor and can lead to invalidation.

Hi I have a duolingo test on coming Friday .could you plz tell me which apps I need to remove in my laptop.Tell me the system requirements and permissions. How the test will be going on that day,can you plz tell me briefly. Already I written Toefl exam in that exam ,in that they were checked total room and ID card.Do we need to show the entire room in duolingo test day?

I used new email And login to Duolingo And while booking the Test my friends choose his country Australia but test giver is from Nepal is that going to be a problem?
I think there should be an option for you to change the country even after booking test.
If that's not the case, you can reach out to their support team by clicking on the help button on the bottom right corner of the DET website.
They should easily be able to change the location for you.

If I purchase 2 test offer and I take one test of them and second test I will take after the first test results. So Is it possible?
Hello,
Yes, you can. If you purchase 2 tests you can take one test, wait for results and then appear for the second test after that.
Just keep in mind, Once you purchase the bundle test, you will have to appear for the first test within 21 days. Once you gave the test and got the result, you can reappear for the second purchased test in bundle again within next 21 days of result date.

I will purchase bundle test and I think that i will take one test if I'll get low score so I'll take second test
Yeah. That's always a good idea if you are in doubt.
But keep in my mind that once you paid for test it cannot be refunded which means for any reason you decide that you don't want to give second test, your money won't be refunded.

Hello,
I suspect you are using credit card for this transaction. If yes, please make sure that your international transaction has been enabled as the transaction happens in US dollars.
You can do that by calling your respective bank and ask them to enable international transaction.

No, you just have to purchase the test whenever you want. Once you purchase you have 21 days from purchase date to give the test. You can give test any time and any day within those 21 days.

What type of card are you using for purchase?
You need to use a credit card which has foreign transaction enabled.
I suggest you talk with your bank to do that.
