Hey everyone this is a quick tutorial on how to use the Overcapture feature of the GoPro app for iOS or Android with footage from your GoPro Max. This feature hasn't been removed like some forums say but has been moved to a submenu in the GoPro app.
I'm trying to get comfortable in front of the camera so I decided I would create this video to get some practice. Also I am not trying to impress anyone with my overcaptured video I created... I was just trying to create a quick example.

    Thanks!

Ben did you find anyway to save higher resolution files after using over capture?

such a cool feature to use, but I have tried to use it dozens of times and it only worked correctly once. Every other time I have used it, the video it captures is completely opposite of the video I over captured on. For example, I Overcapture record a quick clip in front of me following left to right. It works and the video it shows is exactly what I recorded, but once I download the final video, its an entirely backwards/opposite. so instead of filming ahead of me going left to right, it shows behind me panning right to left. I can't find a fix anywhere or am I doing something wrong?

Hi Matt. nice video. thanks. Have you an Idea on how to make a bullet time bundle with the gopro Max? or it is not possible. or only the insta360 does it?

Do you know if you can make high resolution vids with over capture? It seems like it makes the file quite small.

It doesn’t seem possible. For that I would opt for the desktop app.

@@MattCebulak Thanks Matt, I know you can do it with the key frames function, that would be a shame if you can't do it with over capture. Thanks for your reply.
