I installed pes 15 and I can't enter it because when I start the game it enters steam and it says an error occurred while lunching game no licensed

If you are still getting the 0xc00000b error, you will just copy and paste those files again in system32 syswow64 like I did 9:13

Download steam_api.dll and install it in the System32 and SysWow64 folders.

@@farisvejsilovic Copy paste the 0xc0000b DLL files in both System32 and Syswow64 again and see if it work, let me know if it worked or not.

Bro please give me the solution for oxc00000142 unable to start correctly
Type Win + R and type in "regedit" Hkey_local_machine > Software > Microsoft > WindowsNT > CurrentVersion > Windows. Select LoadAppInit_DLLs double click on it and set the value to zero. Click OK to confirm and accept. Make sure that you have latest versions of Microsoft C++ and NetFramework. Try to run your file again.

Step 2: Extract files inside the downloaded zip file by right-clicking on it and choose Extract to PES2015-ErrorFix\
