    It was my first attempt and I got the F1 visa. I got approved this last Tuesday 30 May 2023. I went with no Travel History. My passport was with no any visa. I didn't smile even one time. I didn't see anything funny. I was so serious I couldn't fake a smile but was just focused with eyes contact to the consuler officer while responding to the questions. I have strong ties back home. That's why I got my visa approved. I am employed for 6 years now in the same company. I am a Logistics Manager with a good salary. I will pay my studies by myself and got 25% of scholarship from the university. I am Married. I have no siblings or parents in the US.

    Greetings to you sir, please what are my chances of getting a visa after being denied twice? Again, in my first interview, I told the VO that I will be coming back to start up a new job in my country and I was denied. In the second interview, I got a lecturing job, and I told the VO that I will come back to work in my school, the visa was denied. Should I go for a third interview? And if I change my reason and give another reason, because I have a more related job to the course am going to study, would that be a problem of inconsistency? Or should I go ahead with the plan? Thanks.

    Hello I got denied a f1 visa today a second time the Vo didn't even ask me any questions he just said we have your information here before, what has changed in your circumstances I said alot has change I'm working now and the essence of wanting to further my studies in line with this course. Vo: same school? I answered yes,Vo: same course I said yes, vo: same major I said yes,lastly vo: same sponsor I said yes, he said I can't issue you this visa, handed me the blue paper with 214b I asked why, he said same reason you were refused the first time, your sponsor is ineligible of sponsoring you, and your sponsor is still same I was surprised and he said nothing further. My first interview was a female consular officer in 2021 December she never asked for my dad financial documents she just asked who's my sponsor I said my father, vo: what does he do? I answered he owns a construction company: vo: how many employees I said 30/35 workers currently due to covid and that was it..I wasn't asked to present my sponsors bank statements same this time again and my dad is more than capable of sponsoring me, how do I go about this please?

    so if you're going on an interview with your parents, are your parents going to be there next to you while answering questions

    • @danielleik4490
      @danielleik4490 Před 2 lety +1

      If you called ahead, and the call center worker says your parent or financial sponsor can accompany you then yes they’d be there be with you. Though, if you’re under 18, you can definitely push for your parent to come with you. You’d still have to answer questions yourself but if your parent is there, they’d likely be the person to answer any questions related to finances and their employment. Good luck!

    Hello Adeleke,
    Please I need your advice.I am a Nigerian, I have applied to a school in the US and they requested for transcripts, statement of account and other documents. Please ,like how much do you think the bank statement should show although I intend to apply for fully funded scholarship after the school has offered me an admission.

      It should show enough money to get you to pay for sevis, visa, flights and self care in the u.s. these guys don't want a liability in their country. Let those statements show LOTTA money. Btw, my interview is this april.

      No that's not a good idea, from what I've learnt. It might look like a red flag. 3-6 is fine.

      It all depends on the program you’re targeting. If you’re trying to get into a super competitive program, it’s not a red flag. Just make sure you have reasons as to why you’ve applied to so many schools

    Please help me brother.
    My visa interview is in a months time.
    I currently hold a bachelor's degree in nursing but am going in for an associate in biology to become a microbiologist.
    I honestly don't want to further nursing and I don't want the visa officer to think I might go to us and starts working as a nurse.
    What should say if am asked?
